Extremely disappointing experience. The tweed cap I ordered from Glenaran.com arrived covered in several long blonde hairs. The cap arrived loose in a DHL envelope, without any plastic or other protective covering over the cap. Really disgusting. The cap was supposed to be new, but the appearance of the hairs indicates that it had been worn at least once. It had to be obvious to the individual who placed the cap in the DHL envelope that there were hairs all over the cap. Why didn't they replace this with a new cap, or even take the time to remove the hairs? To me, this indicates a seller who has poor quality management over their employees and does not care about the product that is shipped to their customers. This is a lesson learned and I will choose a different vendor the next time I want to purchase authentic Irish clothing.

I had to return an item, purely because my husband decided he wanted a jacket not a jumper for Christmas, although the item got held up in Dublin, GlenAran arranged a swift refund and all the staff were amazing in customer service when I called them, nothing was too much trouble, how refreshing, wonderful people.
