Great range of a quality product
Great range of a quality product. Easy to navigate website and supernatural delivery in well packaged box. Could have purchased slightly cheaper elsewhere but the Glengoyne service is well worth the extra few pounds.

Excellent present, but damaged presentation box
It was as good as indicated and came in time for our 10-year wedding anniversary; however, the presentation box was damaged in the front panel holding the bottle in place, the panel of which I had to remove and then repair the remaining cardboard holders; hence the reason for 4 stars and not the full 5.

Delivery was quick, however I asked for a personalised message for a 60th Birthday. as it shows on the internet, it is on the bottle, however, I just received a small card with the message on… unable to attach to the bottle, didn’t think it was worth an extra £5

Exquisite Distillery
A lovely welcome on our arrival and they did challenge our son for proof of age (challenge 25 policy) a compliment to him.
Our guide Kate was very knowledgeable and very well spoken, no hesitation, she knew her stuff!
The tour like most distilleries was interesting but the history about Glengoyne and how they are keeping up with the recycling of the water used, hops etc was intriguing and very reassuring to know that nothing goes to waste.
The whiskey tasting paired with chocolate was delightful and our host Kate got our group chatting to one another, all sharing different stories and experiences.
A tour of Glengoyne will NOT disappoint!
We wanted to buy a few bottles of whisky after our visit and contacted Glengoyne, they could not have been more helpful in accommodating our request.
