I ordered two items yesterday afternoon as a birthday present for my best friend, and I was slightly worried that I'd left it a bit late as it's her birthday this weekend. To my amazement the gifts arrived bright and early this morning, packaged really securely in lovely tissue paper and were even nicer than they appeared on the website! The website has a large range of different products so it's easy to find something for everyone and the prices are really reasonable as well. I ordered an 'Automaton's Eye Ring' it was packaged really well and delivered super fast. I ordered the wrong size though and even though it was MY error, they were really friendly and understanding!
I returned the ring and got a different size replacement sent to me straightaway!
Will definitely be shopping with GlitterGoth again soon!

This is a new Alchemy pendant in a medieval/steampunk style. It looks a little like an orrery with concentric metal rings pivoted at 90 degrees to one another. The rings can lie flat or be out of plane and the rings are marked with visually interesting inscriptions. It is an attractive pendant and I wear it quite a bit. It comes with a copper coloured chain and is well made. I am pleased with it. As usual the service from GlitterGoth was good and their prices are better than those of competing suppliers.

I ordered a Wyverex earring from Alchemy Gothic at GlitterGoth which only took around two weeks to arrive, in very good conditions with the receipt and detailed instructions in case I wanted to return it. Previously GlitterGoth had promptly comunicated with me when needed and awnsered my questions regarding the product. I am sure to order again from them soon enough! ~~ a happy customer

Most Customer services are not usually that good, some are but most not,GlitterGoth on the other hand are excellent, Royal mail dropped the ball so to speak, but Customer services at GlitterGoth didn't even miss a step, Prompt e-mails, direct action, empathy.Would not hesitate to recommend this company, in fact I think I may well be ordering again soon.Steve

I have quite a few Alchemy pieces I want to buy and I found the Westenra Choker here for a good price (the cheapest I had seen). It just arrived and I'm thrilled with it, it's gorgeous. It only took two days to get here, I choose free shipping that is supposed to take 2-5 days and when I get an shipping estimate like that it usually arrives closer to the end of the estimate. It was nicely and securely packaged and I will definitely be buying more from Glitter Goth.

Purchased as a birthday present for our 13 year old grand daughter.
Goods ordered on line and received the next day. The necklace was of good quality and by the reaction of grand daughter, it could have been the Crown jewels !

After my previous Alchemy dealer went downhill, I hunted around for a new shop and decided to try out GlitterGoth. The prices were about the same and the free international shipping sealed the deal. I have placed 4 orders with GlitterGoth and soon discovered that their 5-Star Customer Service was not just for show. My orders were always shipped with lightning speed and any inquiries I made were answered within 24 hours--sometimes a couple hours after I sent the message!

GlitterGoth is now my one and only Alchemy dealer and I will probably purchase from them until the world ends. Thanks for such incredible service!

Love alchemy gothic stuff but find it pricey and sells out fast. Glittergoth had some nice stuff in and good prices. More than happy with the service as even with free delivery it still arrived quickly. I think maybe two days from ordering.

My only criticism is there isn't enough stuff on the website!

I'm a HUGE Alchemy Gothic jewelry fan. I'd put money on it that I'm their biggest fan (and GlitterGoth's biggest fan). My taste in jewelry is very difficult from the mainstream styles they have. I'm not a follower. I don't follow the trends, what's "in". I have my own style. I don't associate with any label. I'm always looking for different jewelry. Something I don't have to worry about seeing on someone else when I out. I've been overly obsessed with jewelry since I was a little girl. Obsessed isn't even close to how much I love jewelry or how much I love Alchemy Gothic. Gothic and Victorian/Steampunk style jewelry is my most favorite.... obviously. Lol My collection is forever growing. I'm always searching the web for stores that carry large selections of Alchemy Gothic jewelry and when I came across GlitterGoth I was in heaven. They have a huge selection and they're always the one to come out with Alchemys newest jewelry the fastest. Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is astounding. They go above and beyond to make sure they can do everything in their power to make the customer happy. They go out of their way to help you and are extremely personable. They always reply within no more than an hour of sending your email. And their shipping is lightening fast. I'm in the United States so over sea's orders can be unpredictable but my orders get to me no longer then 9 days. They always ship the orders out next day or if you're in a rush they'll work with you to get it to you quicker. They are incredibly accommodating and have no problem going on out their way for you. Even if it's an inconvenience to them they're still more than willing to do anything they can to help you out. GlitterGoth is without a doubt my most favorite internet store. I will definitely be a life time repeat customer! I wish there was a way I could thank them better for what they've done for me than just saying thank you. They deserve so much more.
