I managed to find everything i was looking for on one craft website, it was easy to navigate with not too many of the frills and flounces i have experienced on other craft websites. I have been trading with Glitter Monster for a couple of years and if the item is not in stock they mail you as soon as new stock arrives - this for me is a huge help.

I was really impressed with how quickly I received my order. I placed my order online on a Monday night, about 11 pm. I received an e-mail on Tuesday saying that my order had been posted which was then delivered on Wednesday! Brilliant!

I was a first time user, and had no problems with the process and the goods were delivered on time. I shall be using them again.

Glittermmonster always give 100% service, They always try and find exactly what you are looking for even if they don't stock it themselves. They are one of the fastest suppliers I know, you only wait a few days compared to some stockest where I have waited over three weeks. And they are always friendly and helpful no-matter what.You get the impression you are dealing with friends not suppliers.

Good craft site for many basic craft things but does not have complete range of card making stuff (e.g. die cutting stuff etc.)

Glitter Monster offers a very good selection of materials, at very competitive prices and the service is very prompt and professional. When I've emailed them a query, they have replied the same day and have always been polite and most helpful. Glitter Monster is always my first 'port of call'.

When I found glitter monster on net when i was looking for card suppliers and when I looked on there site i found they had a good range of products, I contacted them about a couple of things I wanted to know about and there responce was very quick, I thought that this company was interested in what I had to say, so I ordered from them.
This was a very very quick delivary, was very shocedhowquick it was and I will order from them again.

I cannot speak highly of this company. Living on an Island we are often forgotten about when ordering goods from the mainland.

all orders are sent out quickly, are properly packed, service is second to none, helpful and very friendly. the company is run by a crafter - glitter janine and her husband - who know what they are doing.

I ordered some card stuff from Glitter Monster on Tuesday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday lunchtime. I would call that excellent service.
Sometimes I have ordered things from other suppliers where it has taken 2 weeks to arrive.
I cannot fault their service in any way.
