great to see an option for delivery that isn't evri! products came when expected and work well for half the cost of other brands

Perfect professional products that are beautifully packaged. I can't say enough good things about this company! I'd highly recommend Nail Mate acrylic system, gel polishes and acrylic brushes, they are high quality and well designed. Glitters are absolutely stunning!Orders have always been delivered promptly.

Horrible, a scam they did not send one of my items and i have emailed them multiple multiple times and they are ignoring all of my emails. I have returned my other products unused and they are also not responding. Do not buy from here it is a scam!!!

Ordered many times from glitter planet uk and never had any issues. Shipping is always very quick (I’m in Ireland). Quality of the products are always 110%, packaging always perfect and they have a lot of styles/lengths of tips which makes my life so much easier. They’re coloured acrylics are some of my faves. And there’s so much nail art to choose from i always find what I’m looking for as they stock all the current trends. Overall this is one of my absolute favourite nail companies and I 100% recommend

DPD Lost/stole my parcel I’m yet to receive full refund or replacement.
I ordered an acrylic brush from this company on the 1st march, I waited in all day twice for dpd to deliver, the first time the driver claimed I was not home the second time the driver claimed he delivered even though both dates I was sat at home watching his movements on the map via the link sent to me. Driver completely skipped my street and continued on.

I raised a complaint with dpd and asked for the form to make a claim, I was told twice that glitterplanet would need to make the claim for the lost package.
I received a refund for my shipping costs of £5 on 6th march, but no reimbursement of replacement for the item lost. I waited a week for any update on my item or refund.

I wanted to make sure that that my refund would be from the company that lost the parcel. On the 21st of march I spoke to dpd again who said I can not make the claim for the money back from them for the lost item it has to be glitterplanet who makes the claim for the lost item. I spoke to glitterplanet again and asked about my refund or replacement. On the 23rd of march I received an email saying another brush would be sent out to me via Royal Mail instead of dpd, shortly after I received another email with my order for the replacement stating it would let me know when it was shipped.

Two weeks my order status hasn’t changed and I haven’t received anything.

£32 pounds minus the delivery fee of £5.94 on an item I never received.

I have been using the products from Glitter Planet for years now! Their acrylic powders apply like butter, their nail tips, brushes, gel polishes, salon nail essentials, I wish I could give a 10 plus star rating. Also I live in the USA, they are located in the UK, & I always receive my orders within 4-5 days once I have placed my order! Their customer service is absolutely phenomenal & I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, once you place your first order, your completely hooked!
