I'm a long time customer and I've found their staff knowledgeable and very competent. Always a pleasure dealing with them.

The website is very easy to understand. I received my package 10 days after ordering which is understandable with covid. Very nicely packaged so my product would not get damaged. Also received a $5 off discount code which was nice. Only thing is, after ordering my product I did some more research and found a few other websites with lower prices on certain things. Other than that everything was perfect and will 100% be buying from them again!

The silver coin kits they were selling was great. It’s a nice way to get started into buying silver coins. Thanks!!

Good service but do have one item. On two occasions I have used the feature to notify me when items not in stock are now available. Have never received any notification regarding this when the items are now in stock.

I had ordered a 1 oz Gold Royal Canadian Mint Gold Bar from Global Bullion. After I placed my order, I realised that I wanted to order some 1 oz Silver Coins. Since, the price range would not allow free shipping, I had contacted Global Bullion to see if they can ship both orders together. Not only did they agree, they also confirmed in writing via email and followed through with the request. They experience was smooth. The price of gold was also very competitive and one of the cheapest I had seen. I could not have asked for better service. I wish they had more variety in their range of products while offering them at competitive prices.

I have only ordered once, so far, from Global Bullion Suppliers. Everything went very smooth with no problems, or complications. I found the prices to be a lot cheaper than some other bullion suppliers. They mailed my parcel the day after i ordered it and it arrived today. It was very securely packaged. I will definately be purchasing many more products from these folks, with no hesitation. Great Experience!!

Excellent service and shopping experience. Received my order very fast too.

Upon signing up, I got a code for $5 off an order but at the same time they were offering $20 off on orders if $500 or more (Black Friday offer). It would have been nice if it both coupons could have been used to get a total of $25 off. I called them and the answer was no. Well they could have adjusted and applied an additional discount of $5; it would not have hurt them I believe.

Second, the customer service was a bit slow. I ringed the bell 2 or 3 times but no answer. Eventually I called and was asked to wait. Overall I would say I had to wait 10-15 mins before I was let in (I was doing a local pickup) even though there were no other customers inside.

Minor issue of taking too long to arrive. Other than that, very good service.

They have a wide selection of products on their website. My order arrived exactly as expected, without a scratch on the products. Daniel was very professional, courteous, and accommodating. Would definitely buy again from GBS!

Product was packaged nicely and protected against any possible damages during shipping. Only downside was multiple day shipping time despite being in the GTA.

The service was friendly and efficient. It was easy to shop and find what I wanted. The staff was very courteous. Good people to do business with.

I wasn't sure if I am dealing with a reputable company. But after having a bad experience trying to purchase bullions through a bank, I was very pleased with the service and the knowledge of the staff at Global bullion Suppliers.

Global Bullion Suppliers, in my opinion, are the best bullion dealers in Canada. Daniel and Justin go above and beyond. The service is fantastic, the prices are amazing, the communication is super easy, the shipping is fast and convenient, and the products are excellent!
