Everyone I speak to is polite, friendly and very helpful. The company is so responsive to any queries or requests you have. Also help to explain anything you don't understand. Delighted that I subscribe to this service.

Excellent customer service, continued to work and resolve the issue behind the scenes without the customer having to push.

I don't normally do reviews but when credit due it needs to be shared.
I was sceptical about these car trackers BUT am I glad I did.
On following their reporting procedure they had traced and secured my vehicle within 1 hour.
Would definitely recommend can't thank them enough.

Added a new vehicle to my account today and ended up not seeing my other two cars but instead saw many others. After a number of hours and many phone calls with many people who couldn’t fix the problem, I got through to Luke who was able to fix it in 10mins. Would have been five stars if I had spoken to Luke on my fist call. Thanks Luke 👍😊

I had a simple technical issue to deal with and the call was answered promptly and professionally. We quickly went through the options in a logical fashion to identify the source of the issue and this brought me back to the issue I had sort of arrived at myself. Will carry out the re boot and reset and hope to remove the "tech " fault. Thank you . Brad Ten
