We are pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the product you´ve purchased here at Globaltools, but not so much when it comes to the delivery time you mention.
This calls for a short explanation, to clarify:
Sometimes, we do not have all items from our web shop in stock, which means that we must order them from our suppliers. By doing so, the delivery times sometimes fluctuate and generate minor delays -sometimes even significant ones, and this is the way things are, from time to time.
A 3-week delivery time for certain products is actually quite common for us, but nonetheless frustrating for you, when you had your expectations for a shorter time.
We truly regret the delays that occur, and strive on a daily basis to shorten the delivery times as well as improving our over-all efficiency.
Finally, we are very pleased to note that you took the time to write a few words about your experience with us as vendors, and hope to have the chance to serve you again on a later occasion.
