Here is an excerpt from one of the 'training manuals' (that I could actually make sense of) as part of a WHS course... Australia 2023.
"At work, a person should never have a negative attitude. It is extremely hazardous. Why complain about problems when your company pays you and expects you to do high-quality work? Accepting anything with a smile on your face is still preferable. When your manager gives you a mission, it means he believes you are capable of completing it. Take advantage of your good fortune and status as the chosen one. Make no facial expressions, as this can make your superior feel bad and cause him to lose faith in you"
Ignore things as long as they aren’t impacting the success of your team.
It is important to keep one’s personal and professional lives apart. Don’t bring your personal issues to work with you
