Matt and the Global Watch Shop were superb. I have been looking for my new Rolex for quite some time. I knew what I wanted but had a few key questions over Christmas. Matt was very happy to help despite them being closed, then the first day back he had adjusted the watch and sent it off for next day delivery. I received it by midday and could not be happier with my new purchase. Great service and will use again.

One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with the gentlemen from GWS. Matt initially expressed interest in a few pieces of mine- over the course of a week they negotiated with me in a most friendly, professional and reasonable way. We came to a figure that was agreeable for both of us.
The subsequent contractual paperwork was completed very quickly with no errors , allowing me to maximize my time whilst traveling to London. Payment was made direct to my account in less than a minute!
What should have been a quick dropping off of the watches, then turned into a lengthy yet lovely chat about horology. It was very clear that both Simon and Matt both knew their craft and industry. It was refreshing to speak to industry specialists who knew the technicalities of watchmaking from manufacturing to high horology finishing rather than some dealers who know only prices about ‘hype pieces’.
They were lovely enough to show me some of their semi- vintage inventory. Honestly, I could stayed longer to ‘chew the fat’ but I was on a tight schedule.
Anyone dealing with these gentlemen should do so with ease.

Very trust worthy company, the first time I have dealt with them - was given the green light from someone i know about there credibility. They did not dissapoint, very fast, safe & secure procedure. Payment was the same day as soon as the watch was checked over. Matt was a pleasure to deal with.

Matt is always reliable and honest guy. He doesn't promise to do things he cannot. I am pleased with how proactive he is and how how he will do anything possible for his customer. His communication is always on point and really helpful to provide updates. He knows his trade and that is really important.

What to say, with Matt’s help I managed to snag my grail watch in an unworn condition, less than a month old, with the manufacturers 5 year warranty (all bar 3weeks) in tact at a decent price.
I’m not going to say I wasn’t a bit hesitant but Matt was able to answer all my questions and provide assurance that the item was genuine. Payment was easy, and dispatch was very timely (thanks Carrie) the watch was in my hands within 24 hours.

Great experience selling my Rolex to GWS. Very easy to deal with, no messing about. I bought it from them 2 years ago and sold it back to them, took a £1400 hit on the watch but the markets changed since I purchased it and their offer was still higher than other dealers I had contacted. Would definitely use again
