Firstly we had some troubles to start our trip because they do not have enough information about their trips, it was a mess! to find out which queue you have to follow.
Secondly the bus was dirty and the toilet was worse. We were frizzing as the air conditioning was on all the time and even we said was a .
Thirdly the staff did not let us take enough time to see around and buy some gifts.

and all in all I did not like it

Had a great time no worries at all, anyone wishing to book with you should not hesitate. It's the first time I have done anything like this on line, being an old fogey needed a little help through it but managed OK in the end. Was worth it as we skipped a long queue.

The e-mail came through to the hotel, the instructions were clear and precise. As there was only one place left on the coach, I was right to book the trip before we left as there was a possibility that the trip full

The only thing I would have liked was more time at the site - there were so many people there that it would have been great to have an extra 30 minutes. Otherwise, this was a fu. Tour to an amazing place. The driver was funny and efficient and friendly and I truly enjoyed it.

it was a great mistake to book tickets through globe trip. We had booked for Scotland tour through globe trips. Customer care fellow was sitting in London didin't have exact information about people who were actually taking us for tour. they did not had contact number of local company. We missed the actual tour and we were offered another tour (of less price). It is better to book tour locally. It will cost you less.

This was a very reasonably priced tour that allowed us to skip the very long lines at the Eiffel Tower. I checked out several sites prior to deciding which one to go with and this company was a great choice. Our guide was personable and knowledgeable. He was also Canadian, which made us smile.

Couldn't recommend more highly. Bought tickets for The Tower of London - worked perfectly, cheaper than anywhere else online. Hurrah!

Every thing was explained repetedly to clarify the product that was on offer.
The problem I contacted Sky for was to reset my user pin which was done very quickly.

I know that in this kind of tours you vistis the places fast, but when I called you to have information, you told me that we would be 1 hours in Stonehenge, 3hours in Bath...and we didn't..I preffer that you tell the real time that you are going to stay in the place, and you can decide if do you want to go. If you say 3 hours in Bath, why were we 2? I ca't understand..
I wanted to do other tours like Jack the ripper, Oxford..but maybe I have to think it better.

We had a wonderful time in France. Everything went well. The people were wonderful.

Recently bought tickets for Tower of London . This is the first time that I used Globetrips and I have no complaints. I bought and printed the tickets at home a a much discounted price and was able to jump the line when we went there. Great deal. Would use them again.

When making arrangements or tours via the internet you always take the chance of not getting what you want or being a bit disappointment but I can honestly say me and my family really enjoyed the tour and it was everything we expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a honest company that represents what it says and provides everthing you need with no hidden fees or agendas. A great time was had... thank you GlobeTrips...

Visiting Buckingham Palace was the highlight of my trip, but it turns out there was no reason to book with this tour. All the guide did was walrus to the location, which we could do ourselves. We went in with a crowd, not as a group and the tour guide was not even parted it to add any value. We were then o. Our own again to find the hotel for tea. Guide was never to be seen again. Would have been better off doing on my own. Booking this as a tour did not add any value and I. Fact made it more of a hasten since iPad to walk further.

It was great to be able to meet at the designated site and get right on the bus. It took us to 2 cities in Belgium in one day and we didn't have to worry about getting our own transportation. There was an option to have the bus pick you up at the hotel and drop you off there as well. I've taken a Globetrips tour before and had an amazing guide who was very knowledgable. The guide I had this time seemed to be new and didn't know too much about the cities.

the bus left late , the driver was polite and informative but I think during the boring bit of the trip they could have showed a documentary on Stonehenge on the tv so that you were more informed on what you were going to see.

I ordered tickets for Paradis Latin Show/Dinner online. It was so easy to use and the service was prompt (within a few minutes). I was able to make reservations in Paris from Upstate New York, USA. It was awesome and wonderful to use when planning an international vacation. Would definitely use this again!

the air conditioning on the coach sucks - either freezing or too stuffy
the guide didn't give good explanations
good if you just wanted someone to drive u to the spots

I personally think that overall the trip was great, and have been to 3places as per planned, and spending enough time at those places. Less walking distance that make this trip a comfy one. Tour guide doesn't now inform us that we can get audio guide at Windsor castle, and I guess we missed a lot of info, and walked around seeing for no direction. The price should be adjusted and make it affordable to everyone.
