The service is great, they have too many good features, also free features, to create your online ordering service with everything you need.
I recommend GloriaFood over the others platforms I already tested, not just for the features and the option you can get, also for the team behind the wheel.

I used Gloriafood as Covid happened and we had to transition our restaurant to something lockdown friendly. As others have echoed below the customer service for this has been one of the best I have experienced. In a day and age where everyone is using chatbots that dont quite get what you are asking these guys have helpful staff who can address your problems or questions if you have any. This is really important when you are using something for your business and need timely replies. Highly recommend

This is gonna look like one of those fake paid testemonials but the truth is I'm truly impressed with GloriaFood. The system works perfectly, it has a LOT of features that are paid monthly in other platforms but tbh, my favourite thing is their customer support! Answers in a few minutes, are readily available and actually take their time to answer you correctly, you can see it's not just bots answering you and they actually help in whatever you need relating the platform. You can't put a price on that because it can save you out of several jams if you're working for clients!

Great Software

I'm a web designer, and I direct all my clients looking for an online ordering system to use GloriaFood. Seriously, it is the best service out there with fantastic customer service. Two of the restaurants I manage have been using the GloriaFood platform I set up for almost two years now. The owners and I love the interface (although a mobile version of the dashboard would be wonderful). Originally, they started with the free version and slowly upgraded to all of GloriaFood's paid services -- all worth it.

Granted, there are many features missing on GloriaFood currently. However, speaking to a GloriaFood representative, all of the updates I could've ever asked for are coming Q1-Q2 of 2021 which will essentially perfect this service.
