Johanna, or as she likes to be called Lady Johanna, rented our property 4 months with her partner Kevin King, aka Kevin Yfeko, aka Iyoula Yfeko. They declared their joint income as £300,000 just to pass the reference stage. As soon as they got the keys to the house, they haven’t paid a single penny towards the rent. They have been racking up invoices and failing to pay everyone that they owe money to, including the electricity, the gardeners, the sewage company. To make matters worse, neither Johanna or Kevin actually reside in the property. They lied to the estate agents about their intended use. They rent out big houses and mansions to use for SPAC nation, now renamed as The Fxmily/ Nxtion Family, and pretend to be wealthy individuals driving expensive cars with large incomes.
We just want them out of our property but they are refusing to leave. They are owing £40,000 so far in rent.

We have had no choice but to come here and leave reviews to make our frustration clear and warn others from conducting any sort of business with these people. Stay clear and secure your money. If anyone wants clarification or evidence of these allegations, we are happy to supply whatever is required.

Avoid avoid avoid! The worst experience. First of all, massage was terrible, the therapist wasn’t applying any pressure, she was essentially just stroking me with hands, “petting” to the point that it was just tickling me. I had many massages in my life as I’m a big fan but never so unprofessional, a random untrained person could do better. She didn’t even ask whether I enjoyed it. Then I was supposed to have facial in the same room, the therapist came without knocking the door whilst I was changing. Then she said you should lie back on a bed where there was already a mess and oil after massage. After I commented, she asked me to wait outside and said that she will property prepare the room. Again, the facial was a joke. First of all, never seen a facialist with such a long nails. Obviously, she was just touching my face mainly with palms because of that. Then I think machine wasn’t working properly, she just touched a few areas with it, then put a sheet mask and left for 5min. She also didn’t warn that she’s going to use the machine now and what’s it gonna do. Then I asked to go to the toilet. There was no toilet for customers so I used the staff one which doesn’t even have lock, there wasn’t even a towel to dry my hands… then cherry on a cake, because I used a voucher, I was supposed to get a sweet treats such as macaroons and a glass of champagne. Instead of macaroons, they just put the cheapest Tesco sweets and the champagne was poured into a simple glass like a lemonade🤦🏼‍♀️. Never ever coming back. I was under impression that it’s a fancy Chelsea salon, it’s very far from it.

Watch out! My daughter has been waiting for almost a year for a refund of £600 for a service never carried out (through their fault). We are tending every vehicle and will now report them to the police. It is inconceivable and shameful!!

AVOID.
The gloss (Madeleine Croxall owner) owe my company over £3000 and are refusing to pay for no reason - we discounted our price and pulled out all the stops to get this job complete so they could open legally in time. You cannot treat small businesses like this.

I have had Gloss London decorate my home twice in the last 5 years and Danny has always been a reliable, professional, trustworthy pleasant guy to have in my home. I highly recommend him.

After moving my start date twice and only texting me he would be at my house at 8am in the morning which I did not get as my phone was off, he drops me saying I did not respect his time. Have since seen his work on another woman's work (facebook under glosslondonuk) I'm glad he didn't start mine. Keep well away from this guy.
