I really would recommend staying as far away as possible. Thinking about buying some beauty products and dont know where from? DONT even THINK about buying from glossybox. Thinking about buying an advent calender? DONT!!! THINK! ABOUT! IT!
They have the worst customer support. They dont want to help you. Stay away!
Edit: I just saw that they answer some comments here on Trustpilot ("We are always striving to improve and better your shopping experience and wouldn't be able to do this without your valuable feedback.") Thats just not true! They are a horrible brand, dont buy!

Nice and lovely
I already ordered some Glossyboxes two years ago and I was pleased, although I couldn´t use all of the products.
But the idea of the box is really nice and they use good products, so I decided to do it once more, this time with a 12 months abo.

All parts of the company function well…
All parts of the company function well except the IT Part.
Customer service is wonderful, boxes are trackable up to a point.
Customer service is overwhelmed because of the continuous IT Problems.
So far I received the regular glossybox but a free gift box hasn't been dispatched.
