Website slower than analog!
Slow website, too much clicking to get anywhere. Inadequate descriptions of box contents, no clarification of choices. Took 3x longer to get info I needed.

Received multiple duplicate boxes
I ordered 5 boxes and got one free. I received 4 boxes (2each) that were the same. I didn’t receive any boxes that I ordered. It was just random boxes. I was disappointed because I spent the time picking out the boxes I ordered and received none of them.

Atrocious customer service.
For months I have asked Glossy box to remove me from their new customer email list. I was a customer and got those emails plus at least daily offers to make me join.
In the end after months I've had to cancel the subscription to move all emails to spam.
They have refused to provide a postal address which is required for the ICO form, the regulatory board for abuse of emails. They have refused to remove all my details from their system. I get told I will get a reply within 2 days and nothing every happens. I have been told this now 87 times over complaints which they close without resolution and i have to start again.
If they won't obey the UK laws I have major concerns how they hold your personal details.
In regards to the boxes I just get the same old junk recycled, compared to LF their boxes are bargain basement and I won't miss their boxes.

I was excited to see glossybox…
I was excited to see glossybox available. I am leary of actually receiving what is shown. I have ordered these outlet boxes before and did not receive anything close to what was shown.
It would be better to just offer mystery boxes.
I really want the special boxes themselves, but am pretty sure that won't happen.
Despite my reservations, I still ordered several boxes. I hope I receive items that I am not allergic to.🤞

I just recently discovered Glossybox and I must say I'm beyond impressed! With everything! The products. The ease of navigating the site. And the customer service is absolutely top notch! Yesterday I received a Glossybox,which I gotta say is beautiful. I had to contact customer support about an issue I encountered. Normally it takes companies days of not weeks to resolve any issues, but not Glossybox! My first query was answered by a real person, Ryan, within the hour! And the issue was completely resolved by last night! Ryan exceeded my expectations by far! Problem solved and then some. he was Prompt friendly and helpful. Y'all rock !
