Ordering was easy and I placed my order for 4 boxes going to different addresses in about 15 minutes. The women in the family love the adventure of opening a holiday glossy box.
I don’t see where it says ordering a 2023 Advent Box.

Glossybox had been on a continual…
Glossybox had been on a continual steady decline starting the end of 2022/beginning of 2023. Given I WAS a member since mid 2017, I patiently stuck w/them for 4 more months hoping whatever the issue that started this decline worked itself out, it only got 100 times worse, so unfortunately I had to cancel. This summer I decided to try one last time hoping Glossybox had got their issues sorted, I started a subscription again, & how I so wish I could have foreseen the huge mess that I’m still dealing with I’ve been trying for a cpl months to use up the remaining amount of credit on my account from leaving reviews/surveys etc, so I can be done forever with Glossybox!! Again unfortunately but it’s honestly the new normal from glossybox (only as of the beginning of this year), since rejoining, I would have never imagined the decline in this company. Everything can easily be verified as it is very thoroughly thoroughly documented on my account. With the exception of 1 box out of 15 (since 6-24-23), I have not received the correct extra boxes that I actually ordered & purchased!! In fairness I need to mention I was eventually refunded for a majority of the incorrect orders being shipped out. After spending a total of 117.5 hours of my time, around 82-89 photos taken (to include in each email), & roughly 147-161 emails/mssgs I had finally given up regarding any remaining refund amount. I’ve read many other reviews by members/former members they weren’t renewing their subscription or upon receiving more garbage that particular month, it would be their last. Many had already parted with them. I do wish them the best, & hopefully they can recover from this. I’d love to see Glossybox go back to being in the top five beauty box subscriptions.

Glossybox in USA is closing down
Glossybox in USA is closing down, and a lot of older boxes are on clearance. I ordered 3 which arrived very quickly, but the last one was incorrect. I reported it right away and included a picture, and customer service was great at handling it and are sending a new one out asap. I'm sad they decided to stop shipping here, this was a great box company that offered different items than what others in America offer.

Awesome prices, free shipping and a great selection of beauty products. The only con is when you must make a selection for a specific box variation, the variations are not listed. Therefore, you do not know what selection you are making…you just have to guess. But, for the price, it’s not a deal breaker

Buyer beware…multiple unauthorized transactions
I ordered several boxes from this company, all of the products were not there, I ordered more boxes (8) and was charged multiple times, was sent two half empty boxes with none of the products listed in the description. Months went by I was never updated about the other boxes until I emailed. They said they cancelled my order and were refunding my card. I never received credit and was instead charged once again for more boxes!

Deceptive advent calendars
I placed an order 524566552 for 5 advent calendars and not until after the purchase does it Make itClear that it was a 2022 box not this year- and I already have those. I want to cancel the order but the email is not listed to do so.
