You guys took my money for the glossy box Christmas 2021 and the November glossy box and I never got either of those I only got the other two $7 ones I ordered would that order in July I'd like to know what happened to those

I never received my boxes
I never received my boxes, apparently one was returned, but they never emailed me and offered to fix it. I guess they were just planning on keeping the money and the box. I ordered two, but they only sent one. Never got either box, so I would give it a zero out of 5 stars. Never offered another box either!

Order was not correct
The only reason I give 3 stars is I did not receive my order. I ordered 4 boxes from the outlet store, all 4 were different months/years. I received 2 boxes of the one I had pick, and 2 boxes of another box. No price difference but I did select 4 different boxes. Frustrating.
