Ordered pet shampoo, two weeks went no delivery, so I rang the mobile number. The guy said he was on holiday and came back ...why have your shop open if you cannot fulfil? He said he will send it within a few days. Nearly a month went by with no delivery, emailed and asked for a refund

Seems to be a scammer. Requested refund via PayPal. No item shipped, and no reply from email/phone.

HE IS A SCAMMER.
I ordered £50 worth of iron sulphate and it was NEVER sent. I tried phoning a number of times and the number never was answered. I sent various emails which were never replied to (and no, they are not in my spam folder either).
A month has now passed and i still have not received any goods or any messages from this scammer. I was charged £49.99 on my credit card which i have to now put in a claim. Hopefully the scammer will loose the ability to use credit card facility. Looking into Ashland Ecommerce Ltd online business accounts suggests to me that this person cannot be trusted.

Ordered some wash powder from here and the delivery said 3-5 days. My order didn’t arrive in this time so I emailed and heard nothing back. I emailed again and within minutes I received an email from the company apologising about my order and explaining the reason why I had not received my order. It did take nearly three weeks for my order too arrive but it did arrive. I would use this company again as it is great value but I know now that delivery will take longer.

Placed order 2nd of September have tried to contact them by email with no responce its now the 20th so well passed the quoted 3 to 5 working days.

Dispite being suspicious of this company because of reviews they have been completely straightforward with me. The first delivery was made in 3 days and a refund was made when an order was not available.

I have purchased a couple of times now from Gloves4less and both times the service has been brilliant...... even in these difficult times! The price of my goods was extremely competitive, in fact I couldn't find the item cheaper anywhere! Would recommend this company

Ordered some bin liners 3 weeks ago, nothing arrived no reply to Emails. I think I've been robbed...
Eventually got two word reply "replacement sent"
Still nothing arrived.. I have had to get PayPal involved.

When there was a problem with order they do not respond to messages or answer their phones. Had to open a case with paypal to get refund.

The delivery took about 2 weeks to arrive but other than that the product was good

Wrong type of gloves were sent. I phoned to complain. Was assured the correct one would be sent...... still waiting!

I bought one box of gloves. It never arrived and there was no response from the company. I eventually got my money back after a PayPal claim was resolved in my favour.

Used them once before, weren't great but OK. Second time absolutely terrible; did not receive the item after 4 weeks and had to open a dispute using my card company. They did not reply to my emails. Will never use them again.
