I did not realise that I have to book my own service, I thought I would be contacted by glow Green and therefore missed last year’s service. My first service was booked engineer was not able to attend and my second was cancelled.. my third with Sean was excellent. I was informed of his arrival in 15 minutes ahead of time his work was clean tidy and very thorough..

The boiler we ordered was originally scheduled for delivery and fitting on 30th March 2026. This was delayed due to an admin error (incorrect quote) at their end.
The boiler was delivered on 31st March and the engineer arrived on 1st April to fit the boiler,
The fitting seemed OK to start with, but after checking the radiators were hot we discovered that the fitting had created a leak. Water was coming through our lounge ceiling.
The engineer said that this was normal and would stop.
He left and the drip continued,
The boiler then started showing error codes and did not work correctly. We had no heating and no hot water!
I called Glow Green to resolve and have so far had absolutely nothing. They took my call on the morning of 2nd April and agreed to arrange an engineer to come out and fix the issue.
I have had no call back so far, no response to multiple emails and no resolution to the faulty boiler.
We are currently without heat and hot water going into a bank holiday weekend.
Having spoken to the Installation Team they have so far not arranged an engineer to come out, and despite engineers being available over the bank holiday weekend no engineer is booked.
The fitting is completely unacceptable the the support afterwards has been non existent.
I will update as I make progress but this experience has been absolutely appalling.
I would not recommend Glow Green and will happily speak to anyone wishing to discuss their service.

Our engineer Luke, arrived on time. Introduced himself and explained exactly what he was going to do. Very meticulous in his work and left everything clean and tidy. Service on the boiler completed within about 30 mins. No issue. All paperwork updated and safety certificate supplied. Great service - Thank you!
