Absolutely appalling customer service. Ordered my lamp weeks ago, item still not received, chased yesterday to be told today the item was damaged in transit and so returned. Item now out of stock. Questionable if they would of informed me at all without me chasing. Now i am left 1 week before Christmas having to make an alternative purchase from a more reliable company. Disgusting!

Glow Himalayan has fantastic customer service. Cannot fault them. My lead/switch developed a fault after almost a year, and as soon as I contacted them a replacement lead, along with a bulb was posted to me. I had really missed that gorgeous glow it gave out while it was out of action, and so happy to have that “Light in my life” back

Excellent product. There was a delay due to the shipping containers being 'on hold' ..which was nothing to do with the Company..but they shipped them as soon as they arrived at the Company. The packing was a little bit flimsy in that the small lamps literally fell out the bottom of the box as I lifted them out of the main box. Maybe a slighty thicker cardboard would solve this. But its not a major issue. Really like the Lamps. Would highly recommend ;-)

Great product so happy with my amazing Salt Lamp from Glow Himalayan just beautiful. Customer service department really good too, when I queried delay (containers stuck at port!) they were quick to respond really informative and reassuring.

Just had my 12-15 kg lamp delivered along with LED bulb and dimmer. It came in a reasonably sized box with large bubble wrap around the lamp itself to cushion in transit. One of the screws in the base had snapped off somehow but this doesn't impact on the overall look or function of the piece (is the mostly this which has caused a slight knock down in price). It did arrive within the 10-14 day period they mentioned at point of sale (I ordered on 1st December).

I cannot comment on the longevity since I have only just brought it into my home, but can speak of the aesthetics.

The lamp itself is large - perfect if like me you wanted it to be big! We're talking a lump of salt approximately 36cm tall (including the wooden base) and 19cm wide. It is pretty weighty too.

You have to pop the fitting in yourself but this is really simple. Don't need the instructions but they are provided anyway. Dimmer is great on it too... Enabling you to create the right conditions for relaxation.

The colour of my lamp is a warming peachy pink... Not exactly as it appears on the website (which is more orange, reds and yellows). This suits my room perfectly. If you had your heart set on orange then you may be disappointed, but I would suggest that with it being a natural piece, you kind of have to accept each piece is unique. Currently enjoying the warmth in the light and feeling ready to drift off. Perfect! Lovely piece 😁

Took just over 2 weeks to arrive. I am fine with this as on the website it said 10-14 days and it took 15 and in the email they were apologetic and explained the situation, saying theyd send it 24 hour post- and true to their word, when it was dispatched it arrived the next day.
Customer service needs a bit of work, took them ages to respond to my emails. If you want a tracking number it is not sent automatically as far as I'm aware as they told me if i wanted it i should email them, but this is fine, but if youre wondering where your tracking number is it might be worth asking them. They also marked my order as shipped 5 days before yodel picked it up...
Packaging was okay, could do with some bubble wrap or filler as the box was left to move around, but all in all I would order from them again.

I ordered the large lamp for a present for my daughters Crystal anniversary ( something a bit different) The service was excellent, as was the prompt delivery. I am soo pleased with the lamp and hope it will give my daughter and her husband as much delight.

Almost two weeks later and I still have not received my lamp, and they have stopped replying to emails. Very dishonest and misleading company

I have just today taken delivery of my 4th lamp from this company. The most beautiful Pyramid Ridged shaped one. I now have 3 of them (bought one for a friend). I have a large chunky one (cant recall the size - but its BIG!) It gives out the most restful glow imaginable. One which is fabulous and a delightful bowel with chunks in it, and now this stunning Pyramid, which has to be seen switched on to really appreciate. the picture on the website no way does it justice. (Think this has to be my fave one). Have to say the company are not the easiest to make contact with, even though there is on-site messaging and 2 email addresses, plus a phone number but if you persevere and get to speak with someone, then their customer service is good. These lamps are spectacular and deserve better customer support from the company.

Beautiful lamps, quality and great service. I already have their lamps in every room, they are of a good quality and genuine. I ordered extra bulbs for my lamps, and I had a faulty one. Got a fast response and replacement on the way.

Placed an order after registering using discount code. Only noticed after I paid that discount had not come off. Sent email immediately and have been ignored. Sent another a few days later been ignored . I don’t want without the discount and have not received yet anyway .

I received a salt lamp as a birthday present and absolutely love it, it's on every evening in the living room. I had to move it in here so the whole family could enjoy it! The quality is great and it makes me feel so peaceful. I placed an order for my sister's christmas present as she really liked mine. I made a mistake with the order and Glow Himalayan provided the best service to rectify this which was very much appreciated. Can't wait to order the next salt lamp! Thanks, Janki :)

DO NOT buy from this company. They advertise that you will receive a free salt candle holder with your order but don’t send it. Stated I had already received a discount. At no point did they say it was either or. Wasn’t given an option to choose the free candle holder or get a discount code. FALSE ADVERTISING. If you state a free product is included it should be given. Complete RIP OFF. I only bought from them as they stated a free salt candle holder would be included.

Ordered a pyramid salt lamp for my mum for christmas. The box arrived on time fine but had a hole in the side. Upon opening the box the white box it came in had the identical hole in the top and also water marks on all 4 sides. Emailed and finally got a reply to say the lamps sweat and the box is there to abosorb the moisture...what a load of tosh. Basically they are saying tough luck. Wouldn't deal with them ever again......really poor

Beautiful lamp - arrived on day 3 by courier. Very well wrapped/packaged - perfect- no damage whatsoever. I ordered extra large - its v heavy (my husband had to lift it for me). I will definitely be ordering a 2nd one this week and amazing value for money... Best price for best quality. I have read other reviews and its a shame that some people gave not had a good experience as this really is a beautiful lamp.

I ordered a 2-3kg salt lamp on the 17th of October. On the 19th of October I received a dispatch email. The website states that delivery takes 2-3 days. I waited 5 working days and still did not have my order so I proceeded to email. At this point I was very concerned. Customer service responded in a further 4 days and let me know that their stock was being held up at customs due to Covid-19 and should be in on Monday, and that they will be able to send me tracking details on the Tuesday. So if the company hasn't even received their stock why are they saying the item has been dispatched? Nevertheless, I did received the Yodel tracking details and the parcel arrived quickly from then on. The lamp was packaged very nicely and looks beautiful. However the service from the company is not very reliable.

Order not recieved and no reply to my email.
Was told it was shipped but no tracking number.
Has now been a week.
Avoid this company!
