I've ordered straighteners for my girlfriend from this company twice now and each time they've arrived promptly (2-3 days) and with minimal fuss. I recently had a problem with the second pair (not turning on) and as they were under warranty they sorted out a replacement within 7 days, which was great.

When i placed my order with GNBeauty, i did not receive an email confirmation like it said it would when i processed my order. Two days later i checked my Bank account and the money had gone out.

So i waited a week, but nothing was delivered.

I rang the Sales number, and spoke to a very polite man who provided me with the order number and said it should be with me in the next 2 days.

However i waited another 4 days and nothing came. So i rang again and spoke to that lovely man again who again told me it would arrive the next day.

I waited, still nothing. So i rang again and they told me it was out of stock. They will refund my order and it will about 4 days.

I waited 5 days and called again. However no answer. I had to call the Salon line to speak to them. Again they apologised and they were having problems with the website and orders etc and they promised to send me email once they processed refund.

I waited another 4 days no refund. No email.

This went on for another 2 weeks, where I had to keep ringing (Salon Line) up to chase up my refund. However still nothing. They keep promising I will get refunded. But they don’t refund your money!
Its was over 5 weeks and I didn’t receive my refund. They broke the law. By law they need to refund the order within 28 days.

I was so angry and fed up with ringing them that I took legal action. Then finally 6 weeks later I got my money back.

I wouldn’t recommend this website to anyone. You wont get the products you order and get conned instead.

I posted an order online and I never had it delivered nor managed to get my money back.

I tried to call on numerous occasions but noone ever answered the phone. I even wrote to their email address. No reply!
Four weeks after, I finally managed to speak to someone. I was told that the item was out of stock but he guaranteed that they were going to receive it the next day and deliver it right away.

I called two weeks later and I was told that the product must have been lost in the post (strange!). I asked to have my money back and they accepted but they said that it would take 4 working days for me to receive them in my bank account.

I waited for one and a half week and I didn't receive my money back so I called again. Several attempts finally someone picked up the phone and he said that they had returned the money but there must have been problems with their bank and that he would check and call me back. Never did! But this time I was also told that the product has finally arrived in store and that they could send it to me. Strange cause I was told that the product was in store two weeks ago as well. Also considering that according to them they had already returned me the money, how could they offer to deliver the product?!

Never order from them or you will only waste your money!
