Ordered dyson vacuum on 23rd October at 5pm. Item arrived 3pm on 25th October. Fantastic service.

When I first found the website, I was worried that it might not be legitimate, as the item I wanted was being sold for £100 less than it was at larger retailers. However, after checking other reviews, I placed the order and am glad I did - free next day delivery, and I even got cash back on my purchase.

Phone calls made before buying our Dyson vacuum (to confirm what accessories were included) were very promptly answered and both people we spoke to were very helpful. Kelsey even called back 5 minutes later to advise she had been and checked what was in the box so we could be absolutely sure before ordering.

I have delayed my review until my Bosch Induction Hob was installed after building work.
I ordered the hob late at night and before 10am the following morning, a very pleasant woman phoned to say my order was being processed. She also said that I shouldn't be concerned when the hob arrived in a box for a TV. This was just to ensure more secure packaging around the hob which was still in its original Bosch carton as well.
The firm sell at very competitive prices and are a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
