Have been ordering from them for the past 2 years. Delivery has been spot on for every order. Royal mail messed up on my last order and delivered it to the worng address for the first time ever. Called go-liquid up and reported this. Replacement was arranged for promptly without any unnecessary hassle. Great customer service and very easy to deal with. A very happy customer.

Ordered multiple items and they send complete wrong items and to top it off they don't try compensate you or send the correct order soon as possible so f this company won't be getting any more money from me!

First of all nearly every reputable vape company post your orders by Royal Mail 24hr Tracked or 48hr Tracked but the minimum spend is £20. But go-liquid are probably one of the only few who offer the Royal Mail 24hr Tracked with a minimum spend of only £10. I placed my order yesterday before 4pm and got it the very next day! The juice bar 10ml nic salt e liquids are £5 each or 4 for £17 at my local mirage vape shop but i got them at 5 for £10 on here! That's less than half price and delivered to my door the very next day! Absolute bargain! And they offer a loyalty points scheme which always helps once they've built up. Plus Alex was great at go-liquid customer services as i had a few questions regarding my order and got a prompt reply back. I was lucky i stumbled up on this company after browsing on the Internet.
I will defo be ordering again on a regular basis. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered 4 bottles turned up out of the boxes and the reason for that is they were out of date wouldn’t use again

I absolutely loved ordering from here,have done for months. Never actually had an issue. Up until my last order. I ordered loads of their sale disposables and my regular 2400 disposables. Every single one of the sale disposables were duds. They either had no taste what so ever or they were dead. I have emailed the company to ask for a refund since the middle of May and have outright been ignored. I’ve sent nearly 4 emails now and still absolutely nothing. They may have good deals on but I’m now down £35 with no vapes either. So will not be ordering from here again. If you get a dud device from them don’t expect a response.

Delivery as usual was great! After I opened and prepared the first Ivg vape, within the first hour of using it, the first pod started to burn and taste awful! Normally a pod will last 24 hours each. I do buy these vapes every couple of weeks this is the first one I’ve had a problem with.

Been using them for a while now. Never had any problems with the products, delivery or customer service. Will continue to use them.

The choice of vapes in my local shops is becoming inconsistent at best, so theres never a guarantee they'll have any vapes that I like on any given week. Found this website and think I'll be using it as my only port of call from now on. Good deal, great selection and delivery was really quick. Free delivery over £10 too which is a bonus.
