I was looking for an older Prada design and they had it! I’m extremely happy 😊

Horrible company. They are scam artists. They have lied about the arrival time of my glasses and then they wouldn't even let me cancel the order. Finally, they tried to charge me 10% for an order that they couldn't even fulfill. Garbage company. Do not waste your time.

How would I know? I just ordered them!! For chrissakes, ask me a couple of months after I've got them. What a dumb survey. Whoever thought this was a good idea at this point of the transaction needs to be fired.

Easy to navigate website and interface. Ording was easy and the choices are amazing.

Going to be over 30 days to get my glasses that other suppliers can have them in 14 days! Unexceptable! Working on a refund. Just don't trust them any more! The order number is DD2183E if you want to verify! Estimated date is 9/12/2025.

Ordered two frames from them. Talked to a representative and he said they had them and were in stock. A few days later they cancelled my order without notifying me. Then they tell me they don't have them anymore. Scam!!

Ordering prescription glasses on a website seemed like it might be problematic, but these guys have it figured out. The site is intuitive and easy to navigate. Also, their live chat was very responsive. And finally the pricing was very good. I highly recommend!

My husband’s sunglass frames broke but the lenses are still good. We found the exact same frame on Go-Optic and were excited because they offer a 1-3 business day ship for $7.95 extra. We are leaving on vacation and were happy to get them in plenty of time.
That was 7 business days ago and they haven’t even shipped yet.
We are so disappointed and the communication with them is standard AI responses. We have asked every which way for a specific delivery date but at this point we doubt they will be here on time before we leave.
Bottom line, they might be a reputable company, but don’t trust their delivery service to get to you on time and don’t pay extra for a service they can’t provide.

You are wasting your time if you think Go-Optic actually has what they say. I waited for weeks after placing an order for a frame that I already knew had been discontinued. Mine had recently broken, and I needed a replacement since my lenses were fairly new. I was so excited to see that they had a pair. Except they didn't. Come to find out, this is fairly standard. They will sit on your order for weeks while they see if the manufacturer still has them. Further more, getting hold of anyone it a mess. Just an absolute racket.
