Great Experience

After having a bad experience with BOATiD, I am glad to have found Go2Marine to help me with my needs. The online experience and telephone follow up by an actual expert with boat and engine parts was refreshing. Go2Marine deals exclusively with marine products and BOATiD is just part of an automobile supplier. I was able to order a part from Go2Marine and the staff person confirmed the part was in inventory before ordering. I really appreciated the personal call from the staff person. The order arrived within 5 days from ordering without any issues. If you are looking for a reputable company for boating needs, I recommend Go2Marine.

Website says "No hassle returns"…

Website says "No hassle returns" ...won't let me return wrong parts for a refund.
I ordered bilge hose and needed cuffs for clamping the hose on. Their website says you have to use XXX cuffs, lists size but does not specify which end of cuff is that size. Only option available....wrong size -won't fit the hose I bought from them....they don't care!
This is the second, and last, time I've been ripped off by these people. NEVER AGAIN BY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
