I have recently started to purchase a range of products from eco store and have to say have been very pleased with quality of products and service.
On my recent order, I ordered hair conditioner by mistake. I should have ordered the shampoo.
When I phoned eco store, and explained my mistake, they had no hesitation in sending me three hair shampoos complimentary.
This was very unexpected and also appreciated.

I spent weeks looking for an online store that supplied upcycled and recycled gifts that are high quality and not too expensive and this was the only one that fitted both criteria in my opinion. Service was excellent - postage prompt and the items was exactly what I hoped for!

Bought two wkd glasses from GoEcoStore.. Absolutely love them but unfortunately even though they were well packaged one of my glasses was damaged.. So I contacted the GoEcoStore an they sorted it out ASAP.. So for me, they have great products an excellent customer service so A++++ from me 😊
