After reading numerous reviews I decided to order from appliance connection a second time. I ordered the Samsung counterdepth refrigerator. They let me choose my delivery date and although they said at least a week, just like before,my purchase was there in about 3 days. The white glove was very good. My only suggestion for them would be to bring in or ask for a bucket and towels when installing Icemakers or turning off water. They got up some of the water with paper towels and it was still wet and dusty behind fridge. After telling them I didn't want my fridge installed over that, they gave me time to mop and sweep before continuing. Everything else was great...and my appliance runs great and they cleaned all of their mess up! Highly recommended.

I was a little disappointed st first when I was told my stove was in stock but then I got a email saying it wasn't ! So I had to wait 2 months to get it but at least I am satisfied with it it !

We purchased a refrigerator on 12/14/21 from Appliance Connection. The refrigerator was finally delivered on 1/12/22 only to find it seriously damaged.
We refused the delivery and sent it back.

The next day I called Appliance Connection and Evan Cook took the call. Mr Cook processed the return. He answered my questions in a professional manner and said he would place the re-order in advance status putting us in front of the line for delivery since it had been so long since we placed the order.

Mr Cook did a good job. He was very helpful and patient while he explained the re-order process.

Customer service agent Judy F is a total rock star! She could not have been kinder or more friendly, and she went above and beyond to help me get to the bottom of a mystery surrounding my order. She even offered to personally take my case to a supervisor for resolution and promised to email me directly as soon as she had more information. We were super happy with our purchase from Appliance Connection, our salesperson was super knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a Bertazzoni oven and he found one for us. With supply shortages and appliances harder to find Appliance Connection had exactly what we needed.

My order was online. I got delivery dates via email and I was able to call and confirm of the actual date. Delivery company/person was fantastic, called numerous time ahead of the delivery. Delivery team was professional and install and powered up the appliance to ensure functioning of the appliance.

Always a great experience with Appliance Connection. We purchased our entire kitchen from them many years ago and when the microwave finally broke, I knew exactly where to go to get the replacement. Best pricing and quick shipping direct to our home makes it an easy transaction every time! Highly recommended!

I had to change the item in my order and ask some questions. Mike Salcedo did a great job helping me out. I haven't received the product yet, but I feel confident that Appliances Connection has a great support staff.

After purchasing a beautiful stove Evan Cook in consumer service has been an absolute angel in helping me work out some damage issues. Evans calming and knowledge about my problem was so reassuring that he got me through a very stressful time. Evan is a gem and my advice is to do everything you can to keep him. He has great customer empathy and I will highly recommend this company.

Ordered a fridge online, which arrived promptly the next week. The delivery people were courteous and mindful of not damaging the hallways or elevator while transporting it to our apartment. Overall a very positive experience.
