Worst experience ever.
The window doesn't open in order to be installed, the instructions are terrible. When trying to call the company, nobody answers the phone (even after 30 calls). They did answer my emails (very shortly, unhelpful, saying that the problem must have been me). Then also stopped answering my emails.
I have since then bought and installed another window without any problems.
I highly recommend spending a little more money on a better company. If there are any problems at all, this one will leave you hanging.
After a month of this joke I still have their window at home.
And due to their lack of answers, I will probably have to start a legal procedure in order to return it.

Beste klant, We hebben het raam retour genomen en uw aankoopbedrag volledig vergoed. Na inspectie blijkt er niets met het dakraam aan de hand te zijn. Deze gaat gewoon open en dicht. De conclusie is dus dat het probleem toch bij u lag en dat u blijkbaar niet goed wist hoe u het raam moest plaatsen. Daarom adviseren we ook altijd om het dakraam door een professional te laten plaatsen. Uw review is dus niet in overeenstemming met de werkelijkheid. Mvg Team Goedkope-Dakramen.nl
