Really good customer service, and a great product too

These are amazing goggles. The suction around the eye feels really secure and comfortable, and the prescription I added allows me to see well with them on!

I ordered some prescription swimming goggles and they arrived less than two days later. I can now see a lot better when swimming. Thank you!!

Quick, efficient service. Googles are excellent, I can see my way to, in and from the pool now. I'm swimming again for the first time in years now I'm not afraid of bumping into things or being unable to find my locker because my sight is so bad. Goggles fit very well and so far the anti-mist coating is working like a dream. Site was easy to follow (although my prescription wasn't and I had to call my optician to translate it for me) and, when the colour I chose wasn't immediately available, they contacted me right away to offer and alternative or refund. Second choice arrived in 2 days. All this at a great price. Highly recomend.

Fantastic customer service! Very genuine company with fast response times. Unfortunately, Googleyed weren't able to provide me with goggles for my prescription, but their customer service agent Nicky was so helpful, and explained to me exactly why, and provided me with a full refund. Top marks for service!!

Wish doing business with all companies was as easy and stressfree as it is with Goggleeyed. They have a simple website, you tell them what you want. You pay for it and you get a great product. They DON'T try to upsell you. They DON'T try to make you subscribe to this that and the other. They DON'T try to hoodwink you into handing over more of your cash than you had planned. ...And guess what? People are happy about that. Who'd have thought? It's like doing business in the 'old days' when companies cared about their customers. Thank you Goggleeyed for continuing to fly the flag for treating customers well.

Five star service ,ordered goggles online wednesday afternoon and they arrived Mondays post ,prescription worked out great ,and goggle are as good as previous pair I lost and had purchased with local opticians for higher cost .I would highly recommend.

Lost a eye seal while swimming, emailed them , they replied in about 30mins. They kindly offered to send me some replacement seals for free!!!!!!!!!!!! Brilliant customer service by Lucy.

Prescription goggles have been great. I did have a slight delivery problem but they sorted it quickly.

After receiving my new goggles it took a week or two for me to go swimming. now that I have I can say the following:
Firstly, FAST! from ordering to on my face in a couple of days, my local optician can't get anything basic to me in weeks and it's not like these goggles were off the shelf both eyes were different but did that slow them down? not a jott!
Secondly, the ordering process was super easy and while I didn't have any issues or questions, based on others if I had, they would have been personally responded very quickly which gave me confidence ordering.
Thirdly, while I don't know if they're on my doorstep this is a legitimate local business and deserves all support for the good work they do.
Lastly I am now travelling the country spreading the good word and asking my friends for their prescription so that I can gift them a pair! they are affordable to be giftable which isn't something I've ever felt compelled to say about prescription glasses.
Also a game changer and motivation to go swimming if you've ever avoided it because of the glasses-in-a-pool dilemma

What a brilliant company. So quick at sending and such great customer service as I have an unusual prescription. I would highly recommend. Their prices are so cheap as well. Specsavers quoted me £62.50 versus £19.99.

I didn't realise that prescription goggles could be so good and so reasonably priced. I've used them for 6 months now, and they're great.

Delayed leaving a review until after my swimming holiday in Crete. After six days, swimming 24km along the incredible Cretan coast I can report that the Goggleyed goggles were amazing. I could see everything: the huge variety of fish, starfish, crabs and crazy rock formations. I even saw a turtle although sadly it was dead and being munched in by hundreds of tiny fish - maybe I saw too much detail then. Every swim was stunning and I saw all of it through clear, non-leaky, affordable goggles. And the service was excellent. I got some extra rubber seals last minute (just in case) and the team sent them first class to make sure I got them. Thank you Goggleyed.
