I bought 5 bikes from them as I have an Airbnb in France and would like to offer my guests a biking facility. I paid for the bikes as well as delivery. Some will say that when it is too good to be true, it is. Maybe that is the case, but they gladly took my money and promised delivery of the 5 bikes in10-15 working days. They supplied tracking from China to France.
I eventually received a package after about 6 weeks. But no bicycle, instead a pair of fake sunglasses.
When I contacted their support they say there was a mistake with their delivery company. They don’t have any of the 5 different kind of bicycles in stock, although they are still advertising all of them on bicyclegogo.com, and you can even put it in your shopping basket.
They offered me 25% refund which I refused.

I bought an Elektrik bike from this company in February 2017 - about £ 700, - plus £ 175, - for delivery. The first impression was suspicious - the bike was not originally packaged, the tires were dirty and the display for the battery charger broken. The other surprises came later. The brakes - front and rear - do not work so far. The front brake disc was already bent delivered. The replacement I got from the company, does not fit. The rear brake squeezes the whole time (also while driving!), so that all people turn around when one passes. One has to adjust the brakes so that you have to push the handles very deep so that the bike can stay at all. So you are a danger to yourself and to the environment. Switching the gears is very difficult and connected with suspicious noises. The battery shows cracks where the cables come out.
Apparently this is a test bike. From the Go-Go Bicycles web page you can see that one can test a bike for days and then bring it back. The company told me that the wheels are dirty because they had tested the bike. The explanatory tests etc. sounded to me unbelievable, since they should have noticed the problems with the brakes and the battery immediately and not sent me this bike at all.
The company has promised to pay for the repair. I was at 3 bike repairs workshops. A repair or adjustment - € 15, - the company has refunded. After 2 kilometers driving on asphalt in the city - no special loads etc. - I had again the same problems with the brake shoes - squeeze, bad work.
After I got the new brake disc and battery, I went to repair again. Since the new brake disc technically did not fit, I wanted from the company min. 50% price reduction. Go-Go Bicycles has informed me that I will not get a price reduction and I should return the bike to London at my own expense to get a new one, for which I should also pay the transportation costs! I no longer believe in this product.
I cannot understand anything. I already paid for a new bicycle, including transport costs and now I am to take over the costs of the return transport and for the new bike as well because the bicycle, I received, has significant irreparable defects.
If it were possible, I would give 0-stars for product and dealer.
