Small Quantity printing

Layout professional was extremely professional :)
A lot of times, layout artists show attitude by taking a long time to get back and "overdoing" your requests for changes, e.g. by "exaggerating" changes so that another request for revision is needed to bring it back to a mid-state from the 1st and 2nd proof. And, it ding dongs on and on. However, Gogoprint's design professional is just such a pleasure to work with! Two proofs was all it needed for the job to go to print!. So, the job was confirmed within the day, shipped out 2 days later, and received the following day! Fastest printing service I've ever encountered! Thank you, Xin Yi!

It was frustrating at first but with a little help from customer service, it all went very smooth! And then all easy. Will definitely repeat here!

Was really looking forward to my order of invitation cards and I had to send them out urgently.
One of my card order came without a matte finishing which I had paid extra for.
And my artwork on my other card order turned out so dark as compared to my first order. Both cards had the same colour scheme and elements. The customer service I reached out to takes one whole day to send back a single reply, and they usually send it at closing time so I have to wait another day just for this cycle to repeat again, and even wait over the weekend for the same single reply. They even went to lengths of finding fault with my artwork to reason the colour difference. I had to scan the cards and do a side by side comparison for them to later say that matte finishing will darken the artwork on my cards. When earlier they stated they could reprint this file if I paid abit more and adjusted the colours of the file. This would not have solved the problem at all if the matte finishing was the issue as they claimed. The whole process was disappointing and my issue still hasn't been resolved, including the cards that came without the proper finishing.

Overall customer service, product outcome, delivery are all smooth, quick and hassle free.

You have certainly carried out a good printing and binding work as well, moreover, prompt in delivery.

It is a breeze sending print jobs via gogoprint. I simply need to enter the specifications and quantity of the output that I require, and the quotation will immediately be presented. This is very useful especially since my print quantity is not large. Gogoprint caters well for small jobs too.
