Great customer service
Brilliant customer service!!
Issue with bottle size for the Epson ET18100 which they were not previously aware of. Replaced with same (107) ink with bottle that does fit - very quickly

Much cheaper than Epson’s ink
Much cheaper than Epson’s ink cartridges and even though the printer realised that they were not genuine Epson cartridges when they were loaded, they do work perfectly well.

4 black cartridges that don’t fit.
I ordered 4 black ink cartridges for my HP printer and the cartridges didn’t fit the printer. Yes, I had the correct code.
Go-inks would not acknowledge the error of the product nor provide a resolution.
Only if I sent the unopened cartridges back. It it impossible to try the cartridge in the printer without opening the packaging.
So, if you’d like to spend £10 on cartridges that don’t fit your printer, with appalling customer service, this is the place to go.

I’ve looked into your purchase, and I can see that you ordered 4 compatible HP 364 Photo Black ink cartridges, with an upgraded postage option. The Photo Black ink cartridge in the 364 series is the same size as the colour inks, but it is only compatible with printers that use 5 inks, including the larger 364 Black cartridge.
It seems like you may have needed the larger 364 Black ink cartridge, and we’d be happy to offer you a refund or exchange if you’re able to return the order.

Great product but confusing delivery.
I received my order within the expected timescales. I was a little confused because I had paid for Royal Mail 24 Tracking but the package was delivered by Yodel. Anyway, the product works perfectly and I will be using them again for sure, as I have in the past.
