Cute clothes at affordable prices. Shipping is usually prompt & items appear as seen on website. I hate that they now require you to use a code for free shipping. Now as a customer, you have to choose between the sale code & the free shipping code. Also, shipping prices have increased significantly.

Horrible customer service and cheap clothing. GoJane has one waaaay downhill sending damaged clothing, cheap fabric, irregular and wrong sizing, items do not match pic or description or pictures. "Customer Service" refuses to help and gives you a runaround. BEWARE LADIES THEIR CLOTHING IS JUNK NOW AND CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES.

Shipment overseas.
Took a little while and did not come to my door (had to pick it up from General Post Office), but could track parcel. No phone call when it arrived though from post office so good thing I kept an eye on tracking.
