Placing my orderl with GoJane.com was easy and I did receive my items rather quickly, so for that, I was very pleased and commend them on their Customer Service. Unfortunately, I did have a problem with sizing on one pair of the shoes I ordered and the other pair was slightly ill-fitting but I was able to make them work. The other pair I will probably just donate to a local Charity Group, because I don't think it's worth paying the cost to return them. Afterall, GoJane offers footwear for less at more than reasonable prices but you also get what you pay for as well! I'm just disappointed, that some of the BEST & MOST PRESTIGIOUS Brands in the USA have opted to use the manufacturing services of CHINA rather than AMERICAN Made products, just to save a buck and hire cheap labor! SADLY, the American consumer has literally suffered the consequences of that decision for years! So, this was the first time I ordered and maybe part of being successful at receiving a "proper fit" from the selection of items offered is to learn what brands to buy and those to avoid for a better fit!

Ive always ordered from gojane back.in 2011-2013 i love their products for myself especially the shoes love them & im ordering the clothes. Im gonna keep ordering as long as i can. Delivery was on point rwcieved it on 12-25-17

My shoes look exactly as described on the website. They fit comfortably and the price couldn't be beat.

Excellent quality clothes, and very fast shipping time.

I got a pair of Demi overall in a size M they fit perfectly.

When I ordered my shoes I didn't if they would be true to size so ended going a size up. After trying them on I realized they were too big so now I have to exchange them. I now know that when I order from GoJane again I will make sure to get my actually size. Overall the experience was great and will continue to order from here

I bought two pairs of shoes and a purse. The quality of the items surprised me fo the price. Sizes were good true too. The package was professional and nice packaged and it was received by the delivery day. I definitely order again from GoJane. Thank you! #satisfied

This company has gone way to far with their shipping charges!!! They used to have a minimum that you could order and then receive free shipping. Now you can only use one "code". I called their customer service and was treated very poorly over an order. I was told that their prices justify charging what they do for shipping. I explained to them that there are plenty of sites out there with cheap prices and free shipping. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!!!!!!

These shoes came and I fell in love with them. I have bigger thighs so I didn't think they would even fit around them but I looked at the size chart and it said they would so I went back ahead and ordered them. Best decision ever!!! They came and they fit so well even over pants!

Received my order on time, however when I tried on my new jumpsuit it had a hole in it ☹. I had to suck it up and sew it because I needed to wear it the night it was delivered. I am so unsatisfied
