Summer passes wasted.

Purchased 3 summer passes. Was told they were usable up until and including 5th September. Only to find out the hours changed on 3rd of September meaning I could no longer use the passes. Wasting my money. Tried to talk with customer service re this and they were no help at all.

Jump In Slough

Jump In Slough
Really disappointed with our recent trip.
My 10 yr old daughter, who normally visits once/twice a month was told she wasn’t allowed to do any front flips. This happened within 2 minutes of arrival.
What is the actual point of going to a trampoline park if you can’t do any flips ?????
Surely this should be written on the home page of the website and everybody told that you can’t do any flips so no real point in coming
We left after 5 mins and got a refund.
Won’t be returning any time soon.

What a ruined ( expensive) day out

What a ruined ( expensive) day out! I was so pleased that my 15 YO and his friends wanted to go to Jump In ( Ipswich). They are well behaved lovely boys and I was happy to take them along. At the end of the session the boys came over looking very sad, they had been continually targeted and told off. From what I could see they were just having great fun .. yes they are loud and big but that’s teenage boys!
I was totally willing to just walk out and not come back until a member of staff marched over and shouted how they were all ‘banned’ and said some extremely untrue and discriminatory things about the boys. SHAME on you! Bullies ….

Horrible

From the moment we arrived, our children were targeted. We booked a family session and it was not at all family friendly. Incredibly strict and no understanding of children at all. We were asked to leave as our children crossed paths on the trampoline (but didn’t jump together). The youngest was 2 years old so the staff should recognise the difference in understanding. We were supervising our children and they were not being badly behaved at all. The staff touched our children without permission and marked their wrists bands. We requested a full refund which was issued. Will not be returning here as it is not at all family friendly. The only positive was getting 40 minutes jumping for free so thanks very much.

Management is worst

Management is worst, only one counter open queue to check in. Cafe is disaster, customer service worst, staff need training. Again only one staff in Cafe serving and making drinks, time f visit 11.30 to 13.30

Money grabbing establishment

Money grabbing establishment, with rude staff and management.

Demanding the use of their own socks rather than the previous brand (that are exactly the same) The management and ownership should be ashamed of themselves demanding extra money of people.

Pathetic!

Avoid jump in Ipswich

So we booked online arrived 15 minutes early as specified.
The queue was rather long with only one lady processing! It took 20 minutes to get to the front so I asked for the 5 minutes extra at the end so we didn’t have to loose out.
I was told it wouldn’t be possible unless I wanted to wait until the next time (25 minutes)
This would’ve made me late for an appointment so it wasn’t possible!!
To me that is totally Ridiculous and unnecessary!
The cost for the entertainment is high anyway and to loose time because the processing takes to long to be told I loose out is unacceptable!

Rip off

Booked a session for 7 kids, and they ripped us off, i paid for the largest socks, but we were given smaller ones, and no money back on the difference. Also, we had grip socks for our 3 kids from before, but they made us purchase their latest ones. Hope this was worh to loose their regular customers, because after spending 150 on one session, they still had the nerve to harass us out of more money to buy their newest ridiculous socks. We used to go every weekend with 3 kids, but never again will we be back now

Not worth the money, horrible service

Kids were not given full one hour to jump, the staff delayed us at the start by showing the video late. They took us upstairs and made all the kids remove the shoes and keep all their belongings however our party room was downstairs so me and my wife had to bring down all the belongings ourselves. There was no help from the party host. The party host was not with us for the most of the time. The kids started their jump about 10 minutes late however they were stopped right on the clock. We were then asked to rush to finish eating everything and cut the cake too, all within 30 minutes. It’s ridiculous to have this type of pressure for the kids, they should be allowed a minimum of one hour to atleast eat and enjoy their time. We were told that the room is to be used someone else after us. We were made to leave the room on time however no one turned up to use the room until Jump in closed. I found the staff utterly unhelpful and unprofessional and it is not worth the money, since Airhop has acquired it, it has become very bad.

Paid over £35 for my four year old and…

Paid over £35 for my four year old and myself to play for 60 minutes. Really I was there just to support him to not get hurt and felt it was a huge amount of money to pay full price.

He was not able to access soft play as this was an additional £9!!

The toilets felt really grubby with one toilet seat coming off its hinges.

There seemed to be quite a lot of restrictions on where we could go and I was really disappointed. I wanted to visit Jump in for a while and I was pretty bored after half our allotted time.

The staff there mainly seemed to drag their feet and looked insanely bored and disinterested. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money there.

Avoid!

Visited Jump-In Borehamwood for the after school jump today, £44.50.
After 5 minutes I realised how under staffed it was, a lot of queuing, Staff that were there, was very friendly though.
Placed my bag in a paid locker, including medication, car keys, items for kids and our shoes.
While on the trampolines for the first 15 minutes, I notice a teenage boy in my locker putting his belongings in there. I rushed to grab my youngest and investigate where my things were. Getting to my paid locker, my bag was gone. I walked up and approached the teenager who said he had moved my bag to an open locker!? I went back down and moved my bag, paying AGAIN for the locker. 20 mins later, my locker was open AGAIN!!! Off the trampoline again with my youngest having to leave my other 2, found a staff member who said that, basically, the lockers aren't great and she locked it again. I was very upset about this because I kept having to check said locker!
Move on to food. I purchased 4 drinks, as pizza and chips, £25.70. On the menu there is false advertising. I purchased chips for £3.50, a picture of a full basket of chips. Out comes a SMALL portion of chips.
I asked to be refunded for the chips as it was falsely advertised and I was told they would pour them into a basket for me.. not understanding what the few chips were in wasn't the issue.
In the end I was offered a £3.50 gift voucher, which was offered yesterday and was supposedly being sent out before 7pm yesterday. I've heard nothing!

Absolutely horrendous party for my 7…

Absolutely horrendous party for my 7 year old. Ipswich.

Staff where very unorganised and argued with me IN FRONT of the children and parents, it was very unprofessional and had absolutely no help with presents or decorations as it stated. The party host was so unenthusiastic and didn't interact with the children at all. I was given the wrong food and when they brought put the food that was missing I was told I had to leave the room in 4 minutes. The supposed manager wasn't willing to let me sing happy birthday to my daughter and wanted me to leave the room although they wasted half our time sorting out the food order they got wrong.
When I complained and sent an email asking for a refund of some sort they told me the party was as it should have been and that they can offer a voucher for a free jump!! Absolutely barbaric.. would not recommend, if I could give minus stars I absolutely would. Staff are rude and unapologetic as well as super unprofessional and unorganised!! I could go on but quote frankly sick of trying to complain and getting no where!!

Jump-in Slough, changing but not for the better.

Jump-in Slough has just been taken over by airhop, and has lost many of the things which make it attractive to visit. If your kiddo is a gymnast, don't bother, they have lost the 'tracks' which all the local gymnasts loved.
If you want to watch your kids while they play, you can but not with your shoes on or with a drink (bought on site or otherwise). Only a few weeks back they served you drinks in the exact same area... with shoes on. No idea why parents have to take their shoes off, it's not like we are hitting the trampolines!
