Uniquely Responsive Customer Service
I started using Gold Coast Bank a year ago for my business checking account. While it is not the most beneficial bank in terms of $ - minimum balance requirements and no interest, it has one thing that most banks currently lack, excellent customer service. The few times I have had issues, I call them and the call is answered by a live person who immediately transfers the call to an agent who is empowered to address the issue. Far more customer friendly than my 20 years experiences with PNC, bank of America or Harris
