Truly appalling, in our experience
We have had a truly appalling experience with this provider. We have found them to be dishonest, aggressive and intimidating, offering nothing that was promised at the outset, but with a thin veneer of charm to persuade you to sign up. We have since contacted Ofqual for intervention. Please take great care before agreeing to use such a provider for AAT qualifications. Private providers are not regulated in the same way as public ones. Our advice would be to avoid this one at all costs...
