All in all a very good VPN. Great speed and a lot of servers to connect with. But sometimes I have problems to connect with any server, but this is not a big problem since a restart can fix it. VyprVPN is my favorite VPN.

Connecting is supposed to happen automatically, but it rarely does. If I go to the pane and click "Connect", it's 50:50 as to whether it'll work. If I have to click "troubleshoot", which often does work, you have put me through too much effort for an uncertain result. And once I connect, it is likely to be dropped when my Mac goes to sleep. The whole point is to effortlessly protect me - I don't want to have to think about it!

Same thing on the iphone - it doesn't connect automatically. I will say that manual connecting is more reliable on iphone than on my MacBook Pro with latest system software.

One of the best vpn's out there. Perfectly effective, fast, many different servers. And customer service is always here and answer fast.

I got the vpn for a month its advertised 'best vpn in China'. I was only able to get a connection on the first day. And then I switch to express vpn which has way better connection and customer service. So I got back and then I found I was charged for next month due to auto refill customer. So I cancelled it immediately and contacted the support. I was basically given a middle finger and I got hang up online. This is the worst VPN ever.

Avoid, scam.

10 minutes in and I realised it was a scam. I cancelled, but the 30 day money back guarantee is rubbish.

I requested the cancellation of the product with 2 days of use, due to the numerous problems I had. However, we did not reimburse the amount paid, as described on the website.

I contacted the chat with Frank, who said he would be refunded the amount in 7 days, which has not yet occurred.

Emphasize, I request my refund as agreed.

I cancelled my service on the 22nd of July 2018.
I am still being billed to this day.
I can not access my account as my email does not exist.. funny how that works.. because I cancelled!
I have tried multiple times to contact this company via there 24/7/365 support with no respone.

If I’m not approached soon I’ll be seeking legal advice.

This company is a scam! Do not trust them.

YyprVPN claims that their Chameleon Protocol "Masks VPN Traffic so it cannot be identified as a VPN connection". Through my experience of using their VPN service this NOT TRUE. My VPN was identified by a few different websites. Their support through chat was equally as unreliable and unhelpful. They DO NOT provide the service for which I paid.

For the last 3 months have not been able to access my account, yet they are billing me. When I try to contact support through the home page they say my email address does not exist (though they send me general updates using it). When I send an email to support directly I get no response despite their claim to have 24/7/365 support. I am unable to cancel payments through PayPal because I am using their phone app. Cannot cancel through Golden Frog, but they say I do not exist and ignore my emails. I was able to use until mid May and then suddenly was "disappeared" Beware of this service!

I’ve been a user of this service for the past 5 months or so, and to be honest, it’s been satisfactory. They’ve got very fast servers and it connects to servers in seconds! However, I just wish they could add more US server locations to the few they’ve got. Conclusively, this is an easy to use and handy VPN service

Worthless Provider..

If you are signing up for VyprVPN, look elsewhere, FAST. They are worthless on the privacy front.
Case in point. According to their TOS, they WILL forward a DMCA notice if you download something copyrighted. That means they LOG everything you do. That in itself is bad.
Now, imagine you are using VyprVPN in CHINA, and you access a tianamen square website. If the government of CHINA requests your information. They CLEARLY state they WILL turn over your information in that case.
They provide NEITHER security OR privacy. If you are in china, or any country where the government wants to monitor you, Goldenfrog will happily provide the repressive government all your personal info.
There REALLY is NO DIFFERENCE between passing a DMCA notice and turning you over to the authorities.
Avoid them.. Seriously, don't waste your money

Vypr VPN is user friendly, fast, and is accessible in different devices. What impresses me is not only the high quality of this product but also the customer service of it, always responding on time, polite and right to the point. Thank you Goldenfrog for delivering such amazing and responsible product!

It does what I want, too be fair I don't need it much and it keeps quiet properly unlike some VPNs when it's not required. I had a couple of questions and the online chat response time was the quickest I've used, on a Sunday too.

SCAM WARNING! What they call free 3 day trial is simply a scam.

I have bought this liar company's service with alipay due to the words they say that you have a 3-day trial and you can cancel within 3 days and get you refund without any problem.

Simply a complete inmoral scam! 20 days after I canceled my subscrition which is 2 hours after I bought their serivice with alipay, there is still no money back. I have emailed them countless times, got zero reply, no customer support. The mission of this campany is simply to scam you with their simple plots. Never buy it.

The reason why I quit my trail is I found that when you are connected to a UK server, your dns leak shows France server. The only reason this kind of thing exist is that they don't have any server in the UK.

Forget about this terrible horrible liar company. Don't be an idiot unless you are rich enough to be scamed.

I like this vpn,it is very convenient to use it in China. Let explore a lot of what I can’t see here . I will keep using this vpn. Good work

Super good IP Protection. No IP Leaks. Very fast Servers in many Countries worldwide. Easy to use. Kill Switch included and Onioning which I didn't try actualy.
I use this service on PC, Android and iOS and I feel very safe especialy in Public WiFi's.
I also use another Service by a provider from Finnland which is more expensiv and don't have that much posibilties.

It is convenient and reliable for the users in China. Compare to others APPs, the Vypr could provide stable service with deal speed. I would like to recommend it to my friends without hesitate.
