I will leave as many reviews as possible till this website FULLY refunds MY money so i can afford my prom dress. This is a SCAM website and i hope my ignorance in this situation brings awareness to this websites lies and unfortunate scam.

It is a total scam! I have ordered this dress over two months ago and got no awb no updates no nothing! I tried contacting them for a couple of times both on social media and costumer service but got no response. Since then the price for the dress has gone up to 400£ . I announced them that i have opened a dispute with them and called my bank in regards of the scam and will also be taking legal action when the deadline expires.

Scam website, I should of read the reviews before ordering. No dress, no responses from customer service.
I have re-called the payment from my bank.

It’s a scam! I never received my order , they don’t respond to any of my messages and I will take legal action.

I ordered a dress in October 2023 and it’s now December 2024 with still nothing delivered or any correspondence…
No responses via email, social media, and no other way to contact them, so I’m pretty sure this is a fraudulent company!
Definitely avoid!

Ordered off this site got no item and no response from emailing them

I have made an order on August 10th and still on September 11th I have not received my order. I sent several mails and got no answer at all. This is very annoying and I am going to notify it to the Frence authorities of trade controls in France.

SCAM. Do not buy from here as they will take your money and not send you anything. They do not respond to emails but I will continue to email DAILY until I get a response.

Ordered 6 weeks ago and have had nothing.

Ordered my package 3 weeks ago and still no confirmation email sent. I reached out to customer service who replied days later saying they’ll look into it and I still haven’t heard back, it’s been a week. Really disappointed as I ordered for a wedding abroad and now it won’t be here in time and I am stuck with no outfit.
