Patience, good humour with an absolute definitive answer to a myriad of questions from our side. Honesty to gladly go away and find answers for questions he was not sure of illustrates good training and gives confidence you are being listened to.

Chloe explained everything very well

First time insuring myself Was a perfect outcome at the end and so efficient too plus another questioneer if I was satisfied with explanations So much information transferred I asked few questions as I wasnt sure of the specific handling of my new format I listened moremore than ask questions
