Easy to book once you found what you were looking for. Our afternoon tea experience was good, but not as it should have been due to a change of location, but still enjoyable (and the bonus of it being half the price so we can repeat the experience)

Hi , I am aiman and I was the winner of Cushelle zooper cooper zoo days out. It was an excellent experience. Zoe from golden moments was our organiser of the holiday. She booked a really nice five star resort for us to stay in knowsley, we picked Knowsley safari park to visit from the vast choices she gave us. The whole trip was financed by golden moment by Cushelle and Zoe was managing everything. it was a super experience for not only my 6 years old but for all of us. On the day of visit Zoe booked us a guided tour of safari park that includes; an hour land rover experience with a professional guide , safari drive, all animals experience specially the sea lions, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed every bit. It was a best experience for adults and kids. Then Zoe booked us a luxury spa hotel at knowsley which was marvelous. We had an amazing time. Zoe was in contact with us all the time, she made us feel very special by booking a very special tour. She guided us all the way about booking details and tour. She is an amazing organiser and we were so happy and satisfied by her help & guidance

Our Golden Moment was a Glasgow City bus tour this tour itself was very informative and extremely enjoyable, we booked this tour through Golden Moments the service provided was quick and simple to use. I will have no hesitation of using them again should the need arise

What an awful way to try and book an afternoon tea! You don't know where you are going or when unless you chase and then you find out that although your gift was for a £50 experience you are booked for one that is under £40 and they take money for booking it!! Would never use this company again.

Very helpful initially. Booking was very easy. Once booked I realised my venue in Nottingham was going to be Patisserie Valarie. I then asked if any other venue in Nottingham for either Afternoon Tea or just food but advised not in Nottingham. I then confirmed I would then continue with my booking for Pattiserie Valarie @ Nottingham.
Overall, very prompt returning my email & addressing my query.

The voucher was £50 however the actual afternoon tea was worth £25 for two so double the price using the voucher. Has specified a time however this hadn’t been passed on to the place we went to. Id of been gutted if I had purchased this and I personally would’ve felt ripped off. The afternoon tea was lovely though.

Edit: I have been contacted by Golden moments today to explain that there had been a bit of a glitch with changing suppliers of this experience and I still have money on my voucher to use. Hopefully my next experience will be less confusing.

Original offer from TKMaxx Treasure said valid for one year but when I traded it in my ‘City Sightseeing Tour’ voucher was only valid for 3 months - this information is apparently buried in the small print which I obviously didn’t read carefully enough! As I was not sure I would be able to use the voucher in time I contacted Golden Moments regarding this problem and they very helpfully sorted it all out giving me longer to use my tour. Top score given for Golden Moments staff being so courteous and efficient.

Excellent customer service, we needed to extend our voucher and they were so accommodating! Great value for money! Really enjoyed the experience!

Zoe really made an effort to give us the best experience, as we are two adults with no children she gave us lots of extras, she treated us to the best hotel, also added parking money and lunch money and more.
It was so much fun, more than we expected.
It was a real golden moment :)
