FAKE PERFUME!! I PURCHASED A PERFUME WHICH I HAVE THE ORIGINAL AT HOME, AND IT WAS A COMPLETE FAKE! BE VERY CAREFUL ORDERING FROM THIS SITE . I ORDERED OFF EBAY !

I placed my first order with Goldenscent in 2023, and since then, I have consistently chosen them. They offer original products, excellent promotions, a wide perfume selection, and, most importantly, fast delivery.

Scammer. Golden Scents sells fake fragrances and tries to pass off flaws in products as being "testers". They will tell you the pics shown are if the product your getting when they are retail pics off legit sites. Research dont belive all reviews on Ebay use Google.

My advice on this company is STAY WEEL CLEAR!
Very poor customer service. Not interested and n9 complaint procedure. Best spend your money with a reputable company.

The perfume was not the original, when I sprayed it the smell has gone immediately + I payed it at the double price of the original one.

Customer Service was great, very fast response. Shipping took a little longer than expected to USA, but it arrived safely nonetheless.

My order was not delivered to my address. I have not received my order. The order is marked as delivered, but it was not delivered to my address.

*Update*

The package finally arrived, but with no help from Goldenscent Customer Service. Every time I contacted them thet simply said the package had been delivered. The last time I emailed them, on 9/18/2023, they said they would look into and get back to me. They never did.

Luckily, I was able to find the shipping company using the tracking number I received when the package was shipped, and had been tracking the package via their website. I emailed and messaged them via Whatsapp. I never received an email response, however I was able exchange messages with them via Whatsapp every day until the package was finally delivered to the correct address on 9/19/2023.

I am grateful I received my order. Thank you.

I have a gift card for sar 100. I was buying perfume for 64 riyals. So it gave me bill for shipping and service ( who knows what exactly is the service) 98 riyals. When I put gift card number, it asks me to pay additionally 19 riyals. It is like a scam where companies want your credit card details to misuse them!
We have decided to give the gift card away not trusting the company.
Also, I called the company and they made the line so bad that I could only hear my own voice, nothing from the other side!
