Offer greatly reduced

Offered £2500 online , when they received my gold they offered £2000 as it weighed 1gm less than I thought. Asked for gold back and upped offer to under £2200. Been asking all week for my gold back and no reply

Dreadful company - DO NOT USE

This company is absolutely awful. I sent my gold pack and their initial offer was £160. I asked for it to be returned and they then said that due to a quality control issue a more senior assessor had looked at it and adjusted their offer to £300. They also said some of the gold had failed an acid test. I again asked for my gold to be returned and they gave me a final offer price of £315 which I rejected. My gold was returned to me the next day. I then sent the very same pack to Hatton Garden Metals who offered me £415 and the money was in my account within 2 hours. AVOID GOLD REFINERS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

CRAPGOLDREFINERS

sent several items in including 2 proof gold coins in sleeves. offer made was £461 way below high street offer of £850. second offer made was still below high street so I requested they return my items. next day no return as requested but a phone call with another offer which was still below the high street offer, again I asked for my items to be returned. finally received them 5 days after asking them to return them to me. everything came back in a sealed bag all present, but they put the proof coins in the bag loose and put the sleeves back in empty. would have been nice if they had looked after the items better, to them it is all scrap.
