We paid a visit to the stall in Swansea Market. We were served by a young lady called Bethan. She was very helpful, polite and friendly. It was our first visit and Bethan was professional and made our experience easy. We will definitely return and recommend Gold Reserves to others.

I have just come back from a stunning holiday in Skiathos where I was proposed to!
Of course I said yes!
The ring chosen was from the Swansea branch where Ella took precious time to support my new fiancé in his choice. I can say the ring is stunning, sparkly and a perfect fit. Presentation was beautiful along with a care kit to keep it clean.
Next job is to go back and choose a wedding ring and hopefully an eternity ring!

The necklace arrived on time. The quality is just amazing with a brilliant price. It was packaged beautifully with a cleaning cloth included. The quality of just the packaging was fabulous. Obviously, a lot of care and attention went into the delivery experience, too.
