The process of receiving and evaluating my metals didn't take too long, but it would have been nice if there was some sort of "pizza tracker" style web page that let me know the metals were received, they were waiting to be assayed, etc. When people send in metals worth thousands of dollars, it makes them a little nervous. Scams are everywhere. A little update now and then would be nice. Even so, this is a great company! Thank you all!

I purchased a significant amount of silver from GoldSilver.com in October and December. I returned the bars and coins to you in three separate shipments more than a month ago.

At the time of purchase, I was informed that it would take a maximum of two weeks for the metals to be received, verified, and reflected in my GoldSilver account. However, it has now been approximately 3–4 weeks since all three packages were delivered to your Texas vault, and I still do not see them processed in my account.

During this time, the price of silver has dropped significantly and continues to decline. This delay may negatively impact my ability to sell at a fair price and could result in a financial loss.

I have contacted GoldSilver.com several times and have only been told that it will take more time, without a clear explanation or timeline. I am increasingly concerned about the situation and would appreciate prompt clarification.
