This is the worst store ever. Worst business alive. They’re so stupid, it’s ridiculous. They sent me the wrong items and sent it months late even though I tried to reach out and cancel my order 100 times. They never reply to emails so I opened reports through my bank and only then did they reply. THEY sent me the WRONG thing, yet expected me to pay for a return. Quality is also a joke.

Terrible! I waited ages for the package to finally come but it was cheap material and nothing like the picture and I can’t even return it as they don’t provide a return address.

Poor quality jacket. Looks like the photo but feels like a raincoat. Took over a month and a half to arrive when upon purchase stated 16-18 days. No return address for refund and have not replied to my emails. Terrible business

Quality is so cheap in compete of how expensive it is, I’m not recommending this place!! Nothing like on the pictures, it does look cheap and fake asf do yourself a favor and don’t waist your time with them! Not even 1 star, so disappointed!

I bought a jacket after seeing positive endorsement on TikTok, but the company is AWFUL, their shipping took ages, and when the jacket came (bearing in mind it was supposed to be a bomber jacket) it was basically a poor quality raincoat. It looked nothing like the photo. When I contacted the company I got an automated reply promising a response within the next week but three weeks later I’m still waiting. I cant return it as they haven’t given a return address and their customer service is abysmal. I can’t get my money back through the company or through PayPal, I’ve lost £40. Absolute scam.

Just letting others know, the images of jackets on their website are of vintage one off nascar jackets that usually retail for up to $500, the other products are also stolen images, a lot of the photos have been stolen from another website - generation outcast clothing

Still waiting for goods to be delivered several weeks later. Payment was taken promptly. A generic email reply was sent after I emailed them about the order. There’s no way to track the shipping. Really shoddy. They’re definitely aiming their products at the teen market. I’ve instructed my bank to reclaim the payment.

Extremely unhappy with my purchase. Although the martial seems alright quality and the delivery time wasn’t too bad the jacket I have received and the picture of the jacket on their website are two completely different things. I have emailed twice, with no response and messaged them on their Instagram to let them know how disappointed I am. They replied on Insta and said that they have been very busy replying to emails, no surprise really as their products seem to all be of the same poor standard, but have failed to get back to me. I also tried to leave a review on their website but was unable to as it seems it blocks any reviews that are not 5 stars.

THEY STOLE FROM ME! Total scam!! I ordered a £30 jacket from them and heard nothing back from them for a month and still havnt received my item and I’m probably not getting it. I wrote 3 emails and got no response. I am so upset!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Goldvivid is a total scam. The items I ordered had terrible sizing, the material was super cheap and one item looked nothing like the picture on their website. The worst thing is that when I contacted them to return the items they ignored all my emails and do not provide a return address on the parcel.. Seriously DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
