I've recently placed my first order for a pair of golf shoes. Thier price was really good compaired with other shops online. They arrived in few days in perfect conditions (my country is Italy). Moreover, as I had some doubts on size for my next order, I sent an enquire to the customer service and they answer me immediately. What to say... excellent!

Having placed an order and then found it to be inaccurate I sent emails to the company to modify the order. This they did and emailed me to
say the change had been made. The correct shoes arrived within a couple of days.
This is the second order I have placed with the company and am fully satisfied with the service and the prices.

Internet shopping is supposed to be convenient but this transaction was far from it. A fairly simple voucher request turned into a week long saga with no returned mails or phone calls and despite mails of complaint no response or apology. Shame as I will no longer use this site and yet they could have repaired the damage with some effort at the end. Amateurish

I have ordered from here many times, both stock items and custom build products. Always fast deliveries, I live in Sweden so I normally get my my things within a week. Prices are ok. Highly recommended!

Price was amazing compared to ALL other golf companies on the item that I bought free next day delivery was a definite positive

I'm french due to my poor english i communicate through email, i've never receive any response may be i'm spamlisted.
So i have communicate through twitter with a certain delay between question / answer.
The delevery was very fast after long awaiting re-stocking the club.

But this is a great site with very good price

Always on the phone when you get to the store. Clearly more comfortable with online and telesales. Prices are unbeatable tho

Hoping this re-edit gets read, Only one star off but Stock levels on the website do not correlate to what they have in stock! Ordered last monday and still not sure when I'm getting goods... goplfbuyitonline is usually the first place I go for golf gear but starting to think about going elsewhere when purchasing the annual golf shoes and upgrades!


Have ordered a few times from these guys - having used all other golf sites nothing really tells them apart but - hey - as long as you get your gear, when it's stated and for a good price then that's all you can ask!

Great NIKE range too - will be ordering the summer wardrobe soon...

This is my second purchase from Golf Buy It Online, and i'm again very happy. I was really surprised to have seen the negative reviews on here, and I checked them out again on Amazon and they have 5 stars on there so it didn't sway me from placing my order.

The clubs and bag arrived in 4 days from order, they were not full custom fit which I know have to be made and do take longer. So again i'm happy, had no issues and yes i would use them again. Maybe delivery was slow when the weather was bad or something?

Ordered 2 dozen Srixon Z-star golf balls but received only one dozen, had it delivered to my son's address so I didn't check the content of the package until a few days later. I explained this in an email to the company on nov 29th but no reply. Will not be buying from them again and advise others not to do so.

I placed an order for Powercaddy winter wheels and golf travel cover on 3 November 11. The following day the money was taken from my account. That same day 4 November I was then sent an email informing me that the wheels were out of stock and I would have to wait another 2 weeks. it is now 22 November and no order has been despatched. I have not been able to use my trolley for the last 10 days as Winter wheels have to be used now on my golf course

I ordered a pair of Nike golf shoes which to be fair were for a good price, however when you pay £16.99 for next day delivery before 10:30 you expect them to arrive at or before the stated time. They turned up a day late and i have emailed the company for my delivery money back but they don't have the courtesy to get back to me. Very poor customer service.
