Ordered over £200 worth of clothes from golf depo 6 weeks ago and had no reply from them at all .now I'm fighting to get my money back STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS SITE

I'm now persueing for a criminal conviction. Had the police visit me today and criminal case of theft and fraud has been started.
DON'T ORDER ANYTHING

Has anybody had a look at the stuff now some difference in a few days these guys are complete gangsters stay well and clear still waiting on my money.

They have over $600 of mine with no response if any kind. All website says is closed to virus. Never said that when they took my order and my money! Now I'm stuck, out $600 because of some back door hole taking advantage of the epidemic. I was I was in his neighborhood, so I could shoot a 9 iron through the front window, wave, and say, "Good Day you rythms with hard tick”. Stay away at all costs!

Stay clear. Great prices but hit or miss if you actually receive the goods. Orders get cancelled & you have to fight to get your money back. Customer service is non existent, the owner James Adams (although he often gives fake names) is a nasty piece of work, very rude with a bad attitude. Save your time & money & shop elsewhere.

Now had 4 orders from Golf Depot cannot praise them highly enough, ordered an ex demo wedge from them, Parcel arrived today with a note To say sorry club is out of stock please accept this replacement a Brand new still in the wrapper TM MG wedge On a previous order they rang on a Saturday morning to say Club was out of stock would I accept a replacement again a brand new club was sent cannot fault them

barry adams who owns golf depot is a thieving git still owes me £50 for shoes that were never sent wont answer the phone biggest con man iv'e come across

Purchased over £250 worth of equipment in March. No confirmation and nothing was ever sent. Still trying to get my money back! Phone rings our and emails are non existent. Save yourself the hassle and order from a decent company

Ordered a Mizuno Gilet on the 16th April...order confirmed & money taken from my account, as of yet my order not appeared....have tried sending a couple of emails to no response and also tried phoning them but continually rings out...so basically this company has stolen my money and looking at the reviews I think it’s time trading standards looks in to this company regarding its distancing selling and the guidelines it has to follow!

The only golf site I could find that still stocks the yellow/black Callaway Truvis balls that i used all last summer. Amazed to find them at £29.99.
Ordered two boxes of twelve, plus a new golf glove.
Arrived in three working days via Parcelforce (was able to track it online).
Good service, and so much cheaper than most sites (even if their range is more limited).

I used them for the first time recently and no problems at all. Price excellent delivery within a couple of days and I'd use them again. Maybe I was lucky!!

I have ordered from this company 3 times. The first time I had no issues whatsoever. However, I have ordered twice since and both times they took the money and nothing happened for about a week, then without warning the money just gets refunded. No email or contact to let you know they are cancelling the order. My best guess is they are advertising a lot of stock on the website they don't have. Very frustrating knowing you are wasting your time and it ties your money up so you can't use it.

Made a recent purchase and as much as I can confirm items were delivered they were not all the correct items I purchased. Yes the prices are cheap but you’re essentially paying for a lucky dip and then good luck getting a response when you contact them to have the correct items delivered. Clearly they have limited stock they’re trying to get rid of but a website that cannot manage stock so their policy is to send whatever they have available. Also every item was stuffed into a undersized box and didn’t even have a list of contents, invoice or packing note in the box to check off what I had ordered. No surprise as they didn’t want me to cross check as the items were wrong.
If you like a gamble on what you’ll receive then I’d give them a 5 star, if you want to get what you pay for like I do then avoid buying from Golf Depot.

Shocking service from these cowboys.ordered 2 wedges and paid online.received confirmation and parcelforce 48 tracking order.a week later no clubs.no correspondense from golfdepot but money refunded.avoid this company at all costs you have been warned.trading standards should shut them down...only gave 1 star as 0 stars was not an option....

DO NOT USE THEM!
Twice ordered items from this site and on both occasions, the order was confirmed and then closed within 12 hours with no explanation. No responses to emails or phone calls.
They may be advertising whats appears to be great deals but they are obviously unable to deliver on them.
Stay clear of this site.

If you review the prices on Golf Depot website and think their prices are too good to be true ... ... well there are! They claim to give you free delivery and allow you to place the order via PayPal and even send you a invoice number. Then they cancel the order with no notification .. .. accept current climate ordering online may be more difficult but why oh why do they still have the website up and advertise good deals when they are not operating. Email contact all to no avail ..... be very cautious of this site.

Don't understand the online negative rewiews. Have bought numerous items from their website. All have been delivered within 5 days. Great prices. Excellent service.
