Very good service good quality of there goods always arrive in a week to Channel Islands

Ok, so I’ve never written a bad review as I’m always aware of the struggles businesses face. But I need to make an exception. Avoid using GOLF GARB!
I ordered Ping waterproof trousers, which turned out not to be waterproof after half an hour of wear so I returned them. I was sent a fairly surly email claiming they’d tested the trousers in a bucket & they were fine & offered a store credit note. After I refused the credit note, asking for a refund for faulty goods, he then claimed they re-tested, in his bucket & still found no problems, & said he was sending them back to me! The next email he claimed, “they hadn’t leaked, the water must have come in thru via my face, under the jacket, & run down my waist to my legs! (You couldn’t make this up!!!) The guy was just looking for an argument & claimed he legally didn’t have to refund me. So I’ve allowed a replacement, & will be approaching it from a different angle. I’m making enquiries into my legal standing in this bc having now read other Golf Garb reviews, this guy has to be stopped.
Please guys, do yourselves a favour & avoid.

Worst online store I ever stumbled on. Horrible customer service. Lost my package, blaming me for this (It actually was their web store problem). Refusing to refund me. This is the first time I have ever had troubles with online store or ordering from UK at all.

I've ordered several times from GolfGarb. Always found them excellent. Tracked goods arrive v promptly. Well packaged. Even if garments aren't suitable returns handled promptly. Had issues with PayPal today. They handled it very well and gave me prompt helpful instructions.

I’ve been shopping on the internet for years and have never been refused a refund for a returned item. I’m always very careful to send items bag carefully, quickly and clean! They said the polo shirt I sent back had make up on with tags missing .... rubbish and a lie. Their website looks so professional with good choices but their customer service is quite the opposite. Don’t buy from them if u have any doubts about returning a product.

Ordered a top for my sons birthday from Golf Garb order number 146137 - it arrived dirty and looked as though it had been used or if it was a sample or something, I was very disappointed as I didn't have enough time to order from anywhere else so I had to drive to a shop and buy him something. He was very upset (as 8 year olds are!) not to have his top that he chose, I have returned this item for a full refund but yet to hear anything from Golf Garb.

Excellent service. Ordered on Sunday and the goods arrived on Wednesday in perfect condition.

I ordered a pair of Ping trousers for my son which didn't fit (they measured different to Ping's stated size). In any event he didnt like the style so ordered new pair but bought two sizes and kept the one that fitted. returned the two which didn't fit for a very swift no quibble refund. For this reason will definately use again and would recomend.

Delivery is usually quicker than quoted.
Goods are well packed and presented.
Returning goods and repayment service is also very good

The website is very clear with detailed information. Once Purchases made E.Mail information sent promptly and following details about delivery sent when order is being dispatched. Delivery on time and returns if needed are easy as there is a pre paid label that just needs attaching. Makes shopping with GolfGarb a delightful experience.
