I bought black cargo pants a MONTH ago and there still not here I bought things on different sites after and they still arrive quicker

Literally a joke. I ordered the Avril pant and it literally came with the tags of an army surplus company they had just bought and resold the product from. Low quality and overpriced, and took well over a month to receive.

Fvck this store. I ordered cargo pants june 11th and they still give me the same BS COVID excuse. I still haven’t recieved anything. SHEIN is way quicker with delivery and they are based in china!! Meaning that it’s understandable if it takes awhile for orders to come from china but i believe goodbye bread is based in the US in california.. so what the fvck is taking so long? smh They don’t even have a legit customer service number! Every time i call, it goes straight to voicemail. Wasted $60 plus tax and delivery fee for nothing. Their store name(goodbye bread) is the only real thing they are telling the truth about. Taking everyones money and not giving a fvkc.

This is literally the worst store i have ever ordered from!!!! DONT SHOP HERE. To start off, I ordered a pair of cargo pants a while back and it took them 6 weeks until they shipped the item. I don’t know why I decided to put myself through the stress again but on April 30th I ordered a different colour and I also ordered a crop top. Weeks went by and they were still processing my order. I emailed multiple times with no reply, I even dm them on Instagram and commented on one of their photos and they DELETED my comments and read my dm with no response. They ended up shipping my order out on June 16th and i didn’t receive it until JULY 13th (yesterday). I was so excited to finally receive my order and i opened it and they didn’t even send me the crop top i ordered. So i ended up losing money and i’m honestly so pissed off Ive never seen such bad customer service in my life. On top of that they just can’t use the covid excuse anymore. IF they didn’t have the items in stock and that was the reason for it taking so long then i would rather the item say Pre order instead of me having to pay them so they can afford to buy the items themselves. It’s a full on scam i’m not even going to bother to email them about sending the crop top cause i can’t even stand to listen to the excuses anymore!!!!!!!!

Ordered on June 6 of 2021 a pair of gray and white camo cargo pants it’s now July 1st and they are still processing the order. They claim it’s because of COVID but it’s just bull. The bad reviews are the honest ones and I will be calling AMEX to dispute the charge because it doesn’t look like goodbye bread wants to give me back my money. The name fits the brand because the costumer can say goodbye to their bread aka their money because they will just take it and give nothing in return.

PLS PLS PLS save yourself the time and frustration and SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE
I ordered three pairs of shoes and only got two. I’ve sent them multiple emails and have even called many times so I could get my third pair, which also happened to be the most expensive one. They still haven’t sent them or gotten back to me and it’s gonna be a month. As for the shoes I did get, the quality is pretty cheap for what it costed! And they run big but I even went down a size to make sure they’d fit. DONT BUY IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY TAKEN WITHOUT A PRODUCT IN RETURN.

I ordered the black Avril cargo pants in small. They were absolutely huge like I could have fit three more of me in there. Was issued a refund on 4/20 still haven’t received it. I keep getting emails saying wait 5–10business says. I don’t think I’ll be getting the refund so I just lost 60$. Total scam.

I would literally give it 0 stars if I could. It’s been a month since I’ve received a “order processing” text that should’ve been done by 5-7 business days. It’s literally been a month. Emailed them and got the same automated trash email. I really wanted to like the clothes but their terrible at replying, terrible at shipping. F*** this brand.

Site runs pretty well, stuff is easy to find! Wish out of stock items would say so before clicking on them. I do think se things could be improved on the mobile version.
I do wish shipping was faster 😭 a shirt I wanted for an event won't be here in time but that's okay. But the clothes are always good quality so it's worth the wait

I wanted to buy from Goodbye Bread for so long and I’m so glad I finally did and got Skull Crusher platform sneakers!! Shipping was pretty quick and the product was exactly what I wanted! The only annoying thing is it’s insole keeps coming out every time I take the shoe off and the fabric on it is tearing apart (we’re in a pandemic so ion even wear it out much...) but nothing some glue won’t help.

Shipping is fantastic I got my order in one day both times. My only issue is per their return policy you are given store credit, which of itself is fine, but they gave it in the form of a promo code so I ended up having to pay $20 to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. That kind of sucks.

The shoes I bought were exactly as stated and arrived super early <3

My daughter absolutely loves her shoes and customer support is excellent. Will definitely buy from them again
